    I am looking forward to it! Woo hoo... I am gonna close my office door and turn up the music, maybe even do a 'stop, pop and drop it' on my desk. When she comes back, you keep me in mind! I would love to have that gift... I can read some people but more by their eye contact, the way they react to other people and body movements.
    Things will never evolve in this field I am in... at least not for as long as i am in it. I give myself another 34 years and then I'm outta here. LOL I have however learned to adjust/adapt and piss all the morons off by not letting their action/reaction persuade me to seek acceptance therefore giving the real me and faking some illusion of what they want to see (big boob (well... i gots those lol ) ditzy sit on the desk with crossed legs and batting eyes asking a stupid question just to boast an ego... heehee.

    hey babe, yeah i know what ur talking about. for me, its so easy to make excuses not go to the gym. there's been a few days here and there where i convinced myself that it was just impossible to head to the gym. id love for someone to hand me a bit of their discipline. so training could def be better. other than that life is good right now.
    sounds like life is a bit hectic right now for you,i bet its gonna be alot slower, smoother after the semester is over. how is GF?

Had a lot going on today,had a parade @ kids school, had to fit in shopping, then of course getting them home from school, tben fed and off to grandparents before they head out for trick or treating...I am online now and will be until about 10 ish or until I pass out, either or.

    Look up Dave Tate's basic 9-week Westside training program. If you can handle heavy volume or are on cycle, look into Metal Militia. If you want to gain size, screw the bicep curls and pec crap. Heavy rack deads, chain-suspended good mornings, and bench variations like board presses and floor presses. Remember your core is the most important part of your body. (Ditch the weight belt if you ever use one.)

    as far as your presentation/thread - I think if you summarize all the peeps into one post it would be easier to navigate for the readers. in fact, format it where you put the person's name in bold and then whatever you wanna say about them, skip a space down, then go with the next. that way people can easily scan thru and read the ones they wanna read that stand out to the, OR they can also look easier for their OWN name (as you know we are all somewhat ego-centric right lololol)
