hey sweetie, 13 lbs eh? you did some serious grubbing(is that a word?); i mean during T-day. 13 isn't too bad. there are always goals that can be made. as far as me, i've lost 2% bodyfat and 1 pound, so that is definitely exciting. hoping to get down another 1-2% before new years. i'm planning to go up to Nebraska in a few more days though to see family and celebrate the new year with them, not good for workout and diet--trust me; but i couldn't be more excited or looking forward to anything more than going to see them.

Things in 08 have been a collasal rollercoaster that seemed to persist and never yield, like a recurring dream with the magnitude of an apocalypse and the length of a deep-rooted coma. However, ouit of that coma, I rise slowely, urgently, deliberately like a phoenix from the group, whos wings are ingulfed with flames - of prosperity, perhaps, determination, yes, and an unreletnting willingness to grow and florish...08 may have been my downfall but 09 will be my rise to stardom, world watch out...a valliant knight is born, and for once, the light at the end of the tunnel will not be the headlamp of an upcoming train...
