Eating, diet? WTF is with that... I'm 10yrs in the scene. My diets ALWAYS in check before my gear. Gear is just an add on for me. But YOU didn't know that, and now you do...
You shouldn't be walking into the gym too soon after a meal anyway... So before should be just fine... But the reason I say before comes from the CORE workout philosophy... As most working out has some wear on the core, whether it be chest, shoulders, back... the core muscles still tend to play...
Abs.... Diet is 60+% of it for sure. ELIMINATE JUNK FOOD. Just fuck'n do it.
Cardio 15-20 minutes each day in the morning before breakfast is equivalent to 45 minutes in the evening. So choose. 3 Times per week.
Ab workout... Cable pulldown with enough weight to kill you at rep# 20. 5 Sets...
This little switch up is giving me slow but good gains:
Seated Calves... ONE foot at a time... Throw the other leg over the top of the machine if you can... And bust out 15-20 reps... With failure coming on around 14-18 reps... Then lower your resting leg and use it as a light spot by pushing...
LoL... Yeah... I've heard about the achilies tendon thing.
But I like what SWEED said... Gain 5lbs of muscle per year. Too many talk about 20-30lb gains during a year. But if you want QUALITY gains.. 5 lbs is PERFECT... It might not sound like a lot... But after 2-3 years... that's 15lbs of...

First off... Don't run it unless you're over 18yrs of age... Or have hit your last & final growth spurt.
Secondly, make sure you have 24-36 months of consecutive training...

Anavar is one of my fav's besides EQ. I only gain like 5lbs off it by its self. But I get super lean and hella' strong!! You should consider trying it by it's self after you've used up all your other gear or use when your systems clean.
