Low HDL can cause plaque buildup in your arteries, so you just have to be careful on most AS to take the proper supplements and diet. The thread you are referring to listed them all, so I'm not going to parrot it back. But its not a problem specific to var.

hi mfolksm what sort of gains would u expect from 50mgs of anavar everday for 6 weeks?

nothing serious, I tried it at 150mg a day and didnt gain much

have some Tums on hand, because the var will give you stomach aches, particularly at that dosage...
