Ok this is wird 4 weeks on anavar and I am 6 lbs heavier and leaner.lol

I was actually thinking this too,I was doing too much cardio and dieting.My system had gotten so stressed that I believe I got shingles on my arm from it.Worked my way up to 2 hours per day of cardio with a plateau in fatloss.So now I am ready to hit the cardio again but more like 30-45 min a day with the diet really diealed in.
 
Anavar is one of my fav's besides EQ. I only gain like 5lbs off it by its self. But I get super lean and hella' strong!! You should consider trying it by it's self after you've used up all your other gear or use when your systems clean.

You use var during pct?
 
here's the key. listen to what your body tells you. rest is where you make your gains. if you feel you need a couple of days down time, do it. it's not going to hurt to miss the gym for a little rest in fact it will help more than anything. i do a 4-day split each week but if i get to where i think i need a day, hell i take it. remember, your body is doing exactly what it would do if you weren't taking aas. they are only a booster, per say. just imagine what you can accomplish if you train, eat, and rest like you weren't on. but actually are. you get my meaning, guys. :)
