i am def not getting married haha what was i thinking...

anyway my left delt hurt like a mother fucker from the injection last night, i couldnt even sleep really. I put it in, and by the time i was taking it out the needle was 45 degrees higher than when i put it in! I feel like i literaly sliced my deltoid. fuckin sucks i hope my workouts are not affected

Delt shots are so effin easy. The only trouble is trying to inject too far to the rear and squishing yourself trying to inject it. I did that once and while injecting you can't frickin breath cuz you're collasping yourself to reach that far over.

Try a pec shot sometime with 1" pin. Really easy. Hurts only a smidge as you break skin. I get swelling like a ball of oil when I do them that lasts for 4-5 days. Can make squats difficult from the big chest stretch, but that's about the only issue. Give it a try.
