Great customer service, I called orbit to see what the status of my order was and he told me that he was waiting for the shipment of the new supp, he also showed me proof that was the case by a receipt.

I sent Orbit a PM to ask for some supp advice. I got an instant response and had some good advice to help me decide what I wanted after another round of PMs. Placed an order. Order was shipped. All that happened within about 2 hours. I can't ask for better customer service.
