Amplify 02 is an "NoZ" Based product and also the energy it gives is designed to be more Mild so people can REST after they workout once that energy dissipates. ( Perfect for those who need to go to bed after their PM workout but need energy for the workout itself)


Pump3d is an ATP based product and the energy it gives is STRONG
So people who need to Lift Hard use it, or for those who still need energy after they lift ( ie Post workout cardio)

I haven't yet looked in to the ingredients in pump3d... But since it is an atp/cns supp, and amp02 is no2... Does the pump3d have any no2 ingredients or do I still need to rock my stim free no2 supp pre-workout?

yep I use both

2 times a week I used Pump3d in the day when I lift heavy

3 times a week I use Amplify02 when I go to the gym and night and train for pump
