explain about it being a real bitch to get absorbed.
yeh know i m rotating all muscles, did my first shot in the glutes today no pain what so ever ,
my shoulder are back to normal: what i found very helpful was buying an electric massager and applying it to the muscle, this made the muscle much softer and manageable.
the hot pad was very helpful at night as it took away the pain.
but the most helpful thing was rolling my shoulder on a hard foam cylinder using my body wait. it got the blood going fast, the muscle more relaxed and movement in the shoulder got better

Because there is limited blood flow in that area. It might as well be injected in fat!

Not a funny thing when bad things happens!
I myself has been in the worst hell of pain for a few days after i injected 2ml of test.cypionate,the pain is finally getting much better and starts to dissapear,but when on this subject i just am woundering what the has happened to me?
I injected in my right leg/thigh sterilised everything before as usuall(all the basics)i injected into the muscle with 25g 1" needle just as i have been the last few months with the same gear(used 23g 1" needle before,but the 25g works good just a little slower to inject)i started to feel pain the next day and the day after that i was hurting and 3rd day(ouch)couldnt almost stand up and that pain was in for about 3days,the injection site is not read,hot,swolen(whole leg is swolen,if i take 1finger and push it into the leg the skin takes a little time before it goes back up,on other leg/thigh not the same and i used the same vial for that injection and that was just a little post inject pain as always)i never inject more than 2-3ml´s into a muscle because i have been warned that doing that can lead to abcesses of oil in the muscle and cause an infection,but the only symptom i had was pain and not a little pain(like some one had smashed my leg with a baseball bat right in my thigh kind of pain!)but that was the only symptom that i 1st saw untill yesterday i noticed that my legs/thighs was way different looking in muscle tones the one that i have pain in runs from the lower back down through the thigh and stops???
The pain is going away fast now after 3days of pure torture,and just wanted to check up if that could have been a warning or an infection or just injected wrong??
This has happened 2-3times in 14-15years so just woundering?
(i have some degrees of scar tissue from all the injections in the muscle in my right thigh because that is the one i only used my first years when i started with injections back in the 90´s!)
I will definatly pray and hope i dont have to go through this again i have dropped 2-3kg during the week i have been away from the gym and will probably not be able to train properly for another few days(sucks big time)but i can perhaps atleast train the body from the waist up,as long as i dont have to use my legs!
Any one that have any idea what happened to me during that injection(i myself have only 1thought and that is mayby that all the scar tissue has something to do with it so the muscle dont get the chanse to suck up oil after injection so it takes long time and hurts instead,maybe a stupid thought but i dont belive it was a infection because the symptom should have been worse)
I have a friend that injected and got a infection and ended up in the hospital,his arm was read,purple almost black(tissue started to die)and after over 3weeks of nagging on him to go to the hospital due to his extreme pain that only got worse and the arm gor bigger n bigger and changed colours from normal to dark purple almost black like the night i understood that something was seriously wrong with him,and the fever he had was high too,so that was just about 18-30hours away from amputation when he finnaly got to the emergency and looked for help,ended up doing surgery several times and carved away alot of the muscle tissue and alot of other things and had to transplant skin from his leg to his arm(looks like he has been burned or something now when it has healed really a true horror story that could have ended up in a much worse way than it did!
He atleast got to keep his arm(so i am glad that i was on him 24/7 and told him to se the doctor because something was deffinatly wrong and only got worse all the time!)
If it had been getting better that had been another thing then i would probably not have been on him like a leach and kept telling him to go to the hospital,but when it only got worse every day during 3weeks almost so just glad that it didnt start to pump out shit into his blood,that would probably have lead to a seroius blood poisening or something(but he is on his way back,slowly but atleast alive to tell the story himself and regret the stupidity to dont se a doc when not getting better!)
