Big Props to Needto and CEO

I ordered a bunch of supps (Bridge, Post Cycle, HCGen) this week from NTBM web site and accidently had the order delivered to my rental home.
The post office apperently never deliver the package but scanned it as "delivered".
When I went over to my rental property there was no package to be found so I assumed someone may have taken it being that the Post Office just leaves deliveries right on the front doorstep
My teneant has alos been out of town for a while so I had no help there.
I filed a "missing pacjkage" complaint with the Post Office that day hoping it would turn up.

I sent CEO an email saying that my package went to the wrong address and could not be located.and they immedietly sent out another package with the exact same supps included.
I was pretty shocked, most companies would of said your fault your loss.
The new package came in two days time, very fast.

My original package was finally delivered by the Post Office (never did find out what happened) so now I had two.
I offered to send one of the packages back to NTBM but they wouldnt have it.
Told me to "enjoy the supps" and return for more when needed.
Well they definately have a returning customer for sure. :drink2:
 
There is some good companies out there that have great customer service. But lets face it not even the best in the industry can get close to NTBM's customer service. We do things other companies wouldn't even dream off doing. We treat each person like a "friend" not a customer. Because that is what I want you to be.... Friends help each other out and take care of each other. I take care of all of you and in turn I know you will take care of me. That is how it should be
 
That is the spirit and values of the people that created the best nation even known on earth. Simple things like this, tell you that THE PEOPLE, can do, fix, create, accomplish ANYTHING. The failure of USPS like any other Federal Agency, is the side effect of an undiscriminated growing government, away of its people.
 
Needto goes above and beyond to take care of all his customers. Dude just gave me a call Sunday afternoon just to ensure our transaction went smooth. This is unheard of anywhere else. I'm a "Needto Build Muscle" customer for life. Huge props to Needto.

I do it all the time man. My customers are my friends and I treat all of them as such. Shit I try to treat everyone better then I would a friend. More like family. Anything I can do to help you guys I will do it.
