these things happen. i've done it, and feel bad.the times it happened was because i was either so busy or just so self absorbed in my own life(and problems) that i completely ignored my friends and family. they'd invite me out or call and i'd ignore them etc. totally blew them off
you always have to look out for yourself in the end, but its important to find the balance as well. i'm not sure if that's even the case with you..since you failed to elaborate

So bad my oldest daughter demanded I go to Therapy.
And in the sessions it was revealed she had the time sequences mixed
and selective memory!
I have to say that this happens more with my women. They are still pissed over some
damn non-issue that a guy would just shrug off. Or we'd go out back, punch each other
and be friends again.
