Ok guys this is it, tomorrow I start my first cycle ever,it will consist of 20 mg of Beastdrol per day for 4 weeks, for pct I will have Forged Pct, Sustain Alpha and 6-oxo, also I will take Forged liver support.
I am 26y, 215, 14% bodyfat, 8 years lifting naturally.
My diet will be 3670Kcal, 40% protein, 25% carbs and 35% fats, more detailed:
1)60 gr protein, 1 cup oats, 1 tablespoon(tbsp.) Peanut butter
2)5 whole eggs, 1 cup oats
3)360 grams of lean mince beef, 360 gr potato
4)same as meal four
5)300 gr of fish,2 tbsp olive oil
6)50 gr casein protein

Supplements: Animal Pak, Fish Oil,Psyllium Husk,Anabolic Halo

I will keep you updated every week.

You are going to love the gains! The sides are a little bad, though. I get bad headaches from the increased blood pressure and my joints kill. I would invest in an on cycle support supplement to keep blood pressure down.

I have never gotten headaches from Beastdrol and the sides are lower since it was tweaked by ND2 compared to monsterdrol. The only sides I got were lower back pumps but that can be remedied by taking in large amounts of water and basically thats what you want to do anyways. I am fixing to start up again on the Beast in a week and can tell you it will be to your advantage with positive gains!! I would also add GEAR by needtobuildmuscle.com. It will really push out and maximize your protein intake with a greater absorption rate. Research it and give needtobuildmuscle.com a call or e-mail. Good Luck!!!

i like me some nuts!:D
j/k

but i agree ....vegies ,and fruits help out alot. brockly, carrots ,garlic, onions, potatoes, tomatoes just to name a few that help with testosterone and aid in recovery.

Actually good bro, good ol lycopene lowers testosterone, so that would rule out tomatoes for increasing testosterone.

yep tomatoes dont belong imo. i dont do the carrots either.

Actually the diet is based on Dave's Palumbo offseason diet that I was given.
You are right about the fruits, I shloud eat some, as far as the veggies, the Psyllium Husk Powder will take care of that, regarding the nuts I tend to avoid them since they make me constipated and decrease my appetite.

there is no sup that is going to be of enough quality to replace fresh veggies. they are extremely important. and if you ate broccoli a few times per day along with some mixed berries the nuts wouldnt give you those problems. you are avoiding crucial nutrients.

What about spinach instead of broccoli? Would that be a good replacement?

spinach is also good. it can replace broccoli. i still think broccoli or both would be better but im anal...

Sorry , meal four is the same as meal three and thanks for the advice man I'll give it a try and if the picture that you have is actually your back then you definetly know what you are talking about.

And how about green beans? Can they be enough rather than brocolli? I hate it.. lol

beans arent the same. spinach works. you can use spinach a lot of different ways to. fresh spinach leaves can be used like lettuce on sandwiches or in salads, you can cook it with potatoes or any meat. i just eat the raw leaves.
