EliteFTS makes the highest quality equipment imo. It also comes with a texas power bar (bad ass) and 445 ponds of weight.

ya well it cost twice as much and it says (ships in 8 weeks) where the others ship same day.. Sounds nice but I dont feel like waiting till next year to get what I pay for lolol
 
n2 Im with you here that EFS is fuggin expensive but I cant judge on the quality because I havnt bought enough stuff to make a comparison, so maybe it is worth it. If you live near fields or a quiet road make you could always go down to a beer brewing company and explain the reason and I bet they would give you an empty old keg that they didnt use, you could fill it with water and/or sand and the uses would be endless, the same if you got an old tractor tire from a farmer, but these both would take up space which is why i suggested outdoor use.

Its all good. I dont mind paying the extra for the good stuff. I just dont wait to wait 8 weeks before they even ship it. That is just a stupid long time to wait.

Just as an FYI tractor tires are no good for flipping because of the "herring bone" lugs on the tread. Your grip is screwed and they don't just flip over - they go wherever they want. You need something more like what you would see on a loader or dump truck.

oh I never knew, I just thought any big ass tire would do, and I saw a vid of mariusz pudz flipping what seemed to be a tractor tire because it had the herring bone style tread...

You can use them, but they suck. And in 99.99% of comps they wont be used.

Today makes two week since I started keto and my first cheat meal. I just had a large thin crust supreme from pizza hut, a can of Dr Pepper heritage, 1/2 pint of blue bell banana pudding ice cream, and a piece of my meme's home made cheese cake. I feel fucking high lol

What reason is that? So far it's been the easiest diet I've ever followed. This will prolly be my first and only dirty cheat. From here out will be nothing but simple carbs with limited fats. Waffles and syrup, kids cereal, pancakes, oats, potatoes, fruits, etc

Tomorrow's Chest/Shoulders/Tris and I am expecting a ridiculous pump. To be honest today was the first day I really felt super flat and depleted. I think a lot of that has to do with the SARMs.
 
i have better results spreading the same weakly nutrients through the weak. in other words more carbs on the weak days but no carb up days. it keeps things easier and more effective for me, but i know it works well for some.
 
just came back from the gym....I cant walk from the fuckin widow makers...I experimented with front squats, almost got my ankles broken lol and experimented with OH squats, almost ripped my shoulders off of their sockets
 
How much did u do oh squats with? That sounds kinda fun in a weired way, lotta balance ya? I'll try it when the gyms not so busy lol
 
You have to pull the bar apart on OH Squats. You should start them using only a broomstick. Never start learning the OH Squat with even a bar. It took me 2 months to get used to the mobility it needs on the hips with the broomstick but then again I'm a slow learner so I think you'd take lesser time. But, 110 lbs is way too much for a noob to OH Squats.

iv only worked out once this week because Iv been so tired iv been falling asleep when I get back from school :bawling:

I could workout tomorrow but it would have to be in the morning and I hate trainig mornings, And somehow I would have to fit all of this into 1 workout haha:

10g leucine
10g creatine mono
4 low fat poptarts 160g cho
3 servings cinnamon toast crunch 75g cho
3 servings capt crunch 75g cho
8oz skim milk 12g cho
4 fig newtons 50g cho

That's around 375g of carbs in less than thirty minutes. I'm about to go into a carb coma lol

Agreed. I go pretty damn far down, and i was also using light weight. Last workout i hit 185x5x2 for my squat ATG, and it wasn't too hard.

I don't understand why you allow somebody else to get to you. Why does it matter what anybody thinks unless you allow it to matter to you?

Hell...you could keep telling me how you will be stronger than me in x number of years, etc and it would make zero difference to my training and my life - zilch. So don't jail yourself into that limited mindset of racing on these lifts. For you especially this would be most unwise because you're just coming off an injury and you of all people know what it means to be out of the game. And you have the most to lose because you are susceptible to injuries since you are not at your 100%. So don't get stuck in this rut.

I am saying this for your own benefit.

Had you eaten double the pop tarts it might have counter acted the "light" and CAN BE acceptable if they are someone else's pop tarts. But if you bought the light versions...

I dont know about padded straps but you should start wearing a helmet when your doing smith machine powercleans like I do

2) I understand sick and tired. Just get well and make a plan for when you are back.

3) Every time I go to the gastroenterologist I can't believe that I'm actually saying "thanks" and pay him $$$ to do what he does. I guess it's better than him saying thanks and paying me though...

3) I went to a gastro once to have a lower gi scope. I flirted pretty hard with the hottie front desk girl even though I was super nervous. She seemed to be into me though.

I was horrified when I dropped my pants for the doctor and she walked in. He introduced her as his assistant. She guided the fiber optic camera up my ass. That was probably one of the most humiliating moments of my life.
