i disagree with all of the above.
it has a milder but simillar effect to synthol when used properly. injecting enough gear into a muscle before working it then stretching while fully pumped will give a much greater stretch than any other unless you go for a deap tissue masage dont by someone who knows how to do it (verry few).
i will get flamed to know end fo this so i havent talked about it here until right now but i have used synthol in every major muscle 5+ times. once you reach a certain point fascea holds you back you have to break it some how or you will not grow any more. the trick is to not be a dumbass and stretch it to the point of no return like all elastic materials will do.
synthol or a little more gear than the muscle will handle with ease will creat an inflimation and swelling in the muscle that is temporary. it will subside and return to its normal state. the synthol idiots you see are using to much and stretching out their fascia so their muscles are like blobs. using these methods the right way is not swelling up with it for a contest but to use it in the off season. if you looked at me you would never know i ever used synthol. if you looked at me within a few days of using it you may be able to tell but it would be hard.
so to force a stretch from the inside that lasts for days before returning to normal will allow that much time for new growth to take place.
if your muscle development is not hindered by fascea then there is no point.
