Too Many Eggs: is it possible?

Since yesterday morning Iv eaten 15 whole large eggs and for two weeks before that Iv had about 20 a week.

Is it possible to eat too many? iv found a way to make scrambled eggs nice again so chicken and whole eggs are my main sources of protein atm.
 
I'm sure it's possible but I don't think ur even close to overdoing it, love eggs I can go threw a few dozen a week no problem
 
good bro i eat about 2 1/2 dozen a week as it is, eggs, cheese and milk are like the easiest protein ever - barely any preperation and easy to eat alot of! and high cals for bulking :p

Eggs have a phenomenal amino profile. How could you eat too many? The old claims that dietary cholesterol consumption heavily influences your serum levels has been shown to be largely false.
 
i had a dream i died of eating too many eggs about a week ago.

anyways too many eggs is better than too many bigmac's little guy.
 
i'm just curious too. is eating too many eggs or drinking too much whole milk bad for you??? i know when questions are asked on training forums, the replies come from people who "just wanna get big" and will eat anything. do they really know the correct answer?
i read both pros and cons on this subjest.
one doctor, who specializes in diet and nutrition says go ahead and eat all you want. another says a few eggs , and a few glases of whole milk. thats it per week...everything in moderation.. also, the old rule is if you have a family history of heart disease be careful.... but why be careful if the new studies show that eggs and whole milk arnt bad for you???
what are the latest studies?
i heard that skim milk is not as good for you as whole milk, because you need fat to break down and help motabolize the sugars in skim milk. that its better to drink whole vs skim..
very confusing..

so are you saying the "stories" of colesterol in eggs and eggs causing constipation false?

Egg yolks have huge amount of cholesterol, no doubt. However the old assumption that dietary cholesterol is a big determinant of your serum cholesterol has been large debunked. Mostly other factors, like your genetics, determine that. Never heard the one about eggs causing constipation. Just make sure you get plenty of fiber and drink enough water and you should be regular.

eggs are too damn good to pass up. if you don't eat them you will get tired of fish, chicken, and red meat all the time. it's simple math.
 
Dude you do know you're throwing away like 60% of the protein in the egg by discarding the yolk, right?

Are you sure??? I always believed 6grams of protien from the whites and the youlk was all fat.... Anyways I do know the youlk has all the vitimans in it
 
Yolks also boost natural test levels but the trade off is more calories... Awsome if ur bulking and a hardgainer :) let's get yolked!
