6 ounces of 99% fat free ground turkey, a tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 gram of high power green tea (98% polyphenols, 55% catchelins).
 
A couple of pieces of fruit if it's a training session day, a cheddar & parmesan cheese toasty if I'm at my gf's house.

A pint of hot, sweet milky tea always.
 
LOL I had HoneyBuns and Dr.Pepper, like 200 grams of carbs in that meal, boy. And topped it off with a 100 gram protein shake. Nigga What?
 
this morning i had a toasted thomas's 100% whole wheat bagel with several teaspoons of anpb and about 90g's of whey protein mixed with water. . .
 
Buffalo breakfast sausage this morning weird you asked cause I just got this yesterday and have been pumped to wake up and eat. I had it with 6 eggs scrambled only two yolks. Toast and jelly wheat and low sugar jam.
Normally i do the oatmeal fruit eggs kick.

oh yeah. i'll throw a banana in the power shake if i want to spike insulin or if its post workout.

im actually thinking of making shakes premade with all of that in it with my rich buddy.

look for iggy products in the near future :)
 
usually different everyday. today i had eggs, toast, soy milk with a bit of fiber one and some orange juice. handful of almonds to munch on(i love them, i eat them throughout the day)
 
either a protein/fruit smoothie
or oatmeal
or a granola bar.

and a lot of coffee.
 
hasn't it been clinically been proven that breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day?

some days I wake up and guzzle food in the morning, bottomless pit. Like today I smashed three bowls of three different cereals, two mini bagels, 4 egg, bacon, cheddar, banana pepper, omlett on thick wheat grain toast, 3 pancakes AND a peanut butter and honey sandwich... Minimum 2500+ cals I just kept eating and eating for an hour watching SC, then it was just so much I passed right out for another hour makng me late for a 10am meeting. Didn't even eat the rest of the day I was so bloated until 6pm, kinda felt like shit but everything just tasted so good.
 
1/4 cup scottish oatmeal cooked with 1 cup skim milk, 2 scrambled eggs, diet mt dew.

Do you find it to be the most contentious oatmeal you've ever eaten :D ?

A new breakfast meal for me; lamb & herb burgers in wholemeal baps with cheddar slices, oh god grilled lamb & herb is sooooo good :p
