I'm so sick and tired....

of eating already! I've bumped my protein intake to 450-500g per day. I try to eat ever 2-3 hours, but it seems when the time comes to eat again i'm still full. Really sucks choking down food when you're still stuffed!

Currently on 500mg/wk of test-e. So how do you guys on cycle feel about eating a shit ton all the time? get used to it, or do you just suck it up and chow down?
 
I hate it. Its my least favorite aspect of the whole thing. I stopped force feeding a long time ago. Yeah, I'd get big and strong but I'd also put on some fat. Some people don't mind that but I could never get used to it. I only eat when I'm hungry now.
 
u'll get use to the food, ur stomach stretches out to accomodate. until then............MAN UP!
 
run a little EQ or B12 it it and that will help. Cardio helps me stay hungry.

500g of protein may be a bit too much. How many calories are you eating a day?

Some foods keep me full. Like adding milk to my whey shakes keep me full (it takes longer for the casein protein to digest). If you are getting full check your diet and try to mix things up.

Also what is your supplement intake? If you are taking diet pills they can suppress hunger.

Hey bro, I hear you on this. There have been times when I have eaten only to puke after because I was so overfilled. I also can have a lot of digestive discomfort from the whole thing. It is exhausting at times.
 
Drink 50g shakes all day long and eat normally.

Breakfast
50g shake
lunch
50g shake
pre-workout 50g shake
post-workout 50g shake
dinner
50g shake before bed.

Wallaaaaa! That should put you over 400g easy. Plus, little 50 gram shakes are easy to drink and don't fill you up much at all. I fill mine in a Gatorade G2 bottle. Takes about 5 min to drink one casually.

Oh, and use water. Milk is very filling.

+1 eq makes me hungry all fuckin day .. i think its his 1st cycle though .. the eq anxiety might be to much for him
 
i'm sick and tired of being married and not getting laid. As far as the diet, try EQ at 600mg a week and you'll be waking up like me at 3 a.m. to eat.

I'm on my first cycle and was trying to keep it simple and not introduce a bunch of other compounds...
 
500g of protein damn thats a lot. Try to use food that are high in cals that do not fill you up.

I have protein bar coming out soon that will cover this. 100% natural.
 
any suggestions on high cal foods that don't fill you up?

nuts Avocado, Black Olives,Peanut Butter, Almond Butter,
hummus,Granola,Flax seed oil,Sunflower seeds,Heavy whipping cream added to shakes,Grape nuts,Shredded wheat,Barley,Whole eggs,Red meat,.

All high cals. Meat will of course fill you up. Believe it or not when tested fish was proven to make people feel more full then any other food.
