every pic of him next to anyone else he's like a head taller than everyone

course Greg's a head taller than me, so that isn't saying much I guess

My son is just over 6'5" and hated it for a long time but I tell him women like tall men. lol

It's funny walking with him because the short guys all eye him up and the taller guys give him a different look, trying to figure out if they're taller. I actually saw one guy straighten up his back as he passed us and look to see (as if he could tell he was taller by passing by).

I also don't really care for it that much...I'd be okay with 6'3 but cindy tells me chicks dig it so :whatever:

my ex husband was taller than Greg, all of my male friends (in person, not nets) are over 6'... I got pretty used to it and don't really tend to think any guy is tall unless they're over 6' 3" now...making Greg short to me at 6' 1"

I'm always startled if I see us together in pics and I'm like...fuck, he's way bigger than me! for whatever reason it doesn't register with me.
 
I honestly don't realize how tall I am until i see pics of me next to someone. lol


So i know what you mean about it not really registering...it's weird.
 
That's so true....it's the pics that make you realize the height difference. Or if I hug him and get a face full of armpit.

The other thing he hates is that he needs so much more muscle to look jacked. He's pretty lean and ripped but looks small compared to some of his shorter buddies, even though in all reality, he's actually got more muscle already then they do.

And see...Cindy knows :) Tall is good!!

it's pretty basic really

long bones do not show muscle the same way as shorter bones

Yes you do. Tall guys....need more muscle to look "big". You take two guys...one 5'8" and the other 6'5" both 185 lbs, both 10% body fat. Who is going to appear bigger???

It's not nonsense...it's common sense.

Longer bones, the same mass of muscle has to be stretched across the elongated volume. Muscles don't appear as large. It's common sense, dude. I, at 6'1" 250 appear less muscular than a 5'7" man with the same LBM and body fat %.

You're comparing a 6'1" dude to a 5'7" dude? Both 200lbs and equal body fat? Of course the shorter dude will be bigger, he has more muscle. A taller guy has to be heavier, but that's all. Not more muscle. That's obvious. But all things equal except the actual weight of the individual? Genetic makeup is what seperates those two more.
