The only time I experianced anything like this was when I was on test. and tren hex. There were a couple times when I could have sworn it seemed a little bigger and harder then ever. My girlfriend noticed too. I think it just has to do with more blood being pumped into it. I don't think it was more than a 1/2" or so tho. But it seemed like it was thicker also.
