Wifey wants clen! whats a fella to do

Gents/Ladies of Elite:

PEEAASEEE HELP AN IRON BRO OUT.

My old lady has been harrassing me to get my ok for her to use clen to lose weight. Since our last kid she has been unable to loose a stubborn amount of weight (30ilbs.) She's tried OTC stuff but would plateau after a few weeks and then some would make her sick like fucothin, etc. Forget, hydrocycut she swallows them like cheerios. She swam and lifted in high school but over the years fell off.

Problem is, I understand clen burn up everything in sight as a t3At least this is what i was told, it would burn fat as well as muscle unless a some kind of test is taken to support clens effects. Is this so??? Can I put her on clen alone?? or is the above recommendation better??? THen if i need test, which is best for non competing women for a more feminine look??

SOS, fellas, wifey is starting to hate me cuz, I am looking good for my age. she thinks benefits of gear should could help her too.

I had tryed my wife on clen and she got all the side effects and no weight loss at all. IO think she gained a lb
 
Id ask one of the girls myself. Even with my knowledge Id still want more when it came to my wife.
 
I would'nt go with clen, too many people have heart trouble.

Go with the lipoflame, and lipostim from AGX. One of the board sponsers on here sells it. I like it's a nice smooth stim that should do exactly what she wants.

Also a.m. cardio before she eats anything in the morning is the answer to burning fat and not muscle.
 
Wow..............if I can relate to that. I could tell the same story. I have a numver of femaile friends that are on that and Anavar and they look incredible. But again there are obvious side effects that have to be examined as states above. The libido side affect from the Anavar is the best side effect ever though.
 
She needs diet and excercise discipline if she wants to lose weight and keep it off.

Clen is garbage for someone that just wants to get thin. Clen is a contest drug. Stay away from it unless she is going to step on a stage and show off her stuff.
 
AGX products are good. I have tried them. She should be satisfied with Lipostim/shred. Put her on them, and maybe albuterol instead of clen.

Just do the Brittany Spears, Janet Jackson thing, abuse adderall, ritalin, provigil, clen, t3, hgh and some anavar. And make sure you through in some ciggarettes to further kill your appetite. Ok, thats sarcasm dont do that, plus look what its done for those girls. Janet blows ups when she is normal and Brittany is fubar.

I am going to take this thread to the women's section, the ladies there are great.

I would recommend you get your wife to join EF, have her have a bit of a chat with some of us.

One of our Elite Mentors, Thandie, is in her 50s and has a body better than most 20 year olds. Kini has had four kids and looks phenomenal in her 40s.

I am totally natural, and I have gotten into the single digits without using any fat burners, herbal or otherwise.

I also haven't heard any mention of what her diet is like, or if there is any sort of exercise or training.

I think the best thing you could do for your wife is to take her on as your training buddy.

What is normally missing for most people in their training routine to build muscle and lose fat, and I find this is particularly true for women is:

1. Eating enough calories to build muscle. Most women are so frightened of getting fat they never eat enough. This is also doesn't work for fat loss as our bodies protect us against starvation.

2. Overtraining. Weight training is new to a lot of women, so they spend HOURS in the gym, one hour on the X-trainer, 30 min on the treadmill, then 1.5 hours lifting weights. 6 times a week. WAY too much and pretty much a formula for failure.

3. Not training with enough intensity. You are not going to build muscle waving 5 lb dumbells around for three sets of 12, UNLESS that weight feels seriously heavy to you (which is possible as a lot of women are also lacking in upper body strength).

Seriously ladies, most of you have gone shoe shopping and carried more weight around all day than you move in the gym.

It isn't pretty and it isn't glamorous when you train balls to the wall, but it is what will give you muscle.

When you start to understand why some of the guys in the gym are making all those horrible grunting sounds when lifting, and you find yourself doing the same thing, you are training at the right intensity.

4. Sleep. Not enough rest to recover.



Yes, steroids and pharma fat burners are used, but they are called performance-ENHANCING drugs for a reason
 
Hi, Tat is dead on. You should get your wifey on here to chat w/ some of the experienced ladies.
They are beyond wise & very helpful + totally ripped! Lol

I've gone the clen route, and I found the sides were fairly resonable- but not worth it. I lost weight- QUICKLY-but then the sides subsided, so I jacked the dose & still got nothing except the weight gain back...as quickly as I lost it.

That was my lil experience, I won't touch the stuff again. It gave me heart flutters & for what? Eca is very effective- have you thought of that?
