who smokes regularly and still excels in the gym? And has anyone notice it hinders them? I smoke after a workout, never before. The night before, yes. I havent had a problem with anything. Actually me and my buddy were doing a little test, and it seems to be working. Basically smoking, eating alot and sleeping alot. Our strength and size has been increasing more quicker than normal.
