you can buy muscle milk for under $20. Thats too much? google search muscle milk sale. buy a few and spread the shipping around, it should be just over 20 bucks a piece. pretty damn cheap if you ask me.

i buy mine from bodylab.dk its danish yeah, well its cheep and its a checked produktion meaning i can be 100% sure that it has what it says

Canned dog food. Also good for extremely fast weight gain. Be careful though......it contains bone chunks so chew carefully. Also only eat name brands that are more expensive like Pedigree as there have been lots of contamination lately.

I think my favorite so far was muscle milk, cookies & cream flavor. The worst I thought was pro performance vanilla. Im not sure what rhino semen tastes like, but im sure it would mirror pro performance vanilla!!! ICK!
