protein and fat is fine for a meal after cardio. But after weights, you want dextrose and protein powder
Hi guys im new here i was told PWO to have protein shake (WPI) and some carbs rice, potato etc....
Should i add this dextrose?
How does dextrose compare to fruit post-workout?
Also, would you have one or both?
