Yep... There's a few personalities I miss from Evo and @Sheshredz is definitely one of them.
Plus I'm a huge advocate of her "Mood" section in her logs since mental health is a big part of the game. Not just physical.

Hey crew. Gosh, I’m not pulling the “us girls have it harder” card. We honestly get horrible advice, even from our fellow sisters.

And that bad advice is a lot more detrimental for us, as we are more prone to eating disorders and serious health complications that effect a lot of important functions like our menstrual cycle and bone health.

We are also more trusting of other women. I know myself that I’m more likely to take the advice from another female in a similar situation to me.

I’ll give my story.

I was part of a female gym “group challenge”. A group of almost 20 of us were part of a weight loss challenge. All of us were given the same 1200 calorie diet, very low carb and very low fat.

“Don’t eat fruit, it has sugar”
“Don’t eat carbs are night, or at all”
“Being hungry means your losing fat”
“Heavy weight will make your manly”
“All that matters is the scale going down, dress sizes going down”
“There is no need to be strong”

Sadly, I did a number of these “challenges”, that always ended with a wind up in which we all ended up binge eating afterwards.

While i did lose weight, i ended up developing oesteopenia in my 20’s which is the stage before oesteoperosis. I also lost my ability to have a period for years.

I even had to have a laparoscopy (a camera put into my ladyparts) to see if I had any cysts on my ovaries.

I had to intentionally stop exercising and gain a lot of weight for my body to have a normal period again, and it wasn’t until I started using HGH that my bone density return to normal.

The sad thing is, with the rise of “skinnytok” and women using gpl1s just to be skinny for instagram, those issues will be more widespread.

Luckily a lot more women are chasing big asses and strong legs, lifting heavy weights and being more I formed about their bodies and their long term health.

Hopefully the latter wins the female fitness battle

● 1992 MY first cycle (prescribed to me by a Doc) 100mg Syntex Anapolin (Anadrol) per day for 100 days at age 17.
● My second cycle 250mg Organon Sustanon 250 1 × Ampoule per week,100 days after finishing my Anapolin cycle (prescribed by same doc)
● Hot Danish exchange student chick arrives at my school, ends up being a regular at my house (Danish parents) Sustanon ends up giving me ED (Viagra doesn't exist)
Doc prescribes me Nolvadex, it works! (still hold a special place in my heart for Tamoxifin to this day)
● 1993 Gear Doc gets busted.
Third cycle RWR Stanazol water based 50mg ml Vetinary injection (50ml bottle) pins first shot in Quad with a 23g needle. It blocks up.
Try again!
Pins second shot with a 21g needle, yep it blocks up too.
Pins third shot with a 19g needle. Half of it goes in.
Next thing gym bro who sold me the Stanna, says "you need to mix it in with B12".
I buy B12 inj from pet barn, mix it in..
Pin with 23g it still blocks!
Gym bro then says.. "you need to shake it all about, then quickly pin it before it dries up in the needle"

Gym bro advice I got when first starting 30+ years ago. Thank God I didn't follow it.

1. If your injection didn't give you PIP, the gear was fake. Throw it away.
2. You didn't even need to train. Just inject test once a week and the muscle would magically build itself.
3. Smash two Big Macs before cardio for "extra energy" and somehow expect to get leaner.

Looking back, it's a miracle some of us made any progress at all.

Leading hand at work said you’re to thin and skinny(183, 70kg back then), need to bulk up so don’t injure yourself which was damn good advice with all the lifting we had to do at work(engine covers, heavy fittings, large starter motors, props, generators ).

Got told by one of the gym managers I needed to eat 6k cals a day to bulk and I needed the 2K cal bulk shake powder. Ended up getting the shits so bad I lost weight from it. Didn’t mention should add yogurt or enzymes etc

Ended up lactose intolerant in my late 20’s

The most hilarious thing was my younger bro, thinking he could win in bb , without doing much training ( and our non-optimal genetics - better suited for cycling/tri).
He was taking test and deca at 19, got given only 16g needles and some joker told him the best spots were in the middle of the biceps and calf’s.

You can tell the ones that have done their research a very long time before we made our YK11. As we need to make another batch next week.
We have had a lot of people ask about it so we got ChatGPT to simplify it for our EF family.
I feel a lot are going to look at this and be like "daaamnnnn! I'm on it!"

⚛⚛YK11⚛⚛ (in injectable form)
Timing: take it pre-workout. YK11 has a short half-life (roughly 6-10 hours), you can split dosages twice daily to keep blood levels stable. If you train in the evening, morning + pre-workout works well. Some just do once daily pre-workout, but the short half-life makes split dosing more optimal but necessary!


Dosage: Injectable YK11 has significantly higher bioavailability than oral (bypasses first-pass metabolism and poor oral absorption), so you need substantially less.


Typical injectable dosing:


Start: 2.5–5mg/day


Common range: 5–10mg/day


High end: 10mg - 15mg day max


Most experienced users find the sweet spot around 10mg/day injectable.


The "Tren-like" comparison
Similarities to Tren:
Dry, hard gains — minimal water retention
Strength-focused — significant power increases
Androgenic "feel" — aggression, drive, hardness
DHT-derivative — YK11 is steroidal (unlike other SARMs), derived from DHT like Tren
Aesthetic look — vascularity, muscle density

Key differences:
Potency: YK11 is milder mg-for-mg — it's not actually Trenbolone but very potent for a SARM. Probably the most potent SARM in injectable form

Myostatin inhibition: YK11 uniquely upregulates follistatin (myostatin inhibitor), which Tren doesn't do — this is its "SARM" mechanism

Progestin activity: Tren has progestogenic sides; YK11 doesn't

Night sweats/cardio: YK11 doesn't wreck cardio capacity or cause Tren's notorious night sweats (though it can affect endurance negatively in some users)

YK11 INFORMATION
You can tell the ones that have done their research a very long time before we made our YK11. As we need to make another batch next week.
We have had a lot of people ask about it so we got ChatGPT to simplify it for our EF family.
I feel a lot are going to look at this and be like "daaamnnnn! I'm on it!"

⚛⚛YK11⚛⚛ (in injectable form)
Timing: take it pre-workout. YK11 has a short half-life (roughly 6-10 hours), you can split dosages twice daily to keep blood levels stable. If you train in the evening, morning + pre-workout works well. Some just do once daily pre-workout, but the short half-life makes split dosing more optimal but necessary!


Dosage: Injectable YK11 has significantly higher bioavailability than oral (bypasses first-pass metabolism and poor oral absorption), so you need substantially less.


Typical injectable dosing:


Start: 2.5–5mg/day


Common range: 5–10mg/day


High end: 10mg - 15mg day max


Most experienced users find the sweet spot around 10mg/day injectable.


The "Tren-like" comparison
Similarities to Tren:
Dry, hard gains — minimal water retention
Strength-focused — significant power increases
Androgenic "feel" — aggression, drive, hardness
DHT-derivative — YK11 is steroidal (unlike other SARMs), derived from DHT like Tren
Aesthetic look — vascularity, muscle density

Key differences:
Potency: YK11 is milder mg-for-mg — it's not actually Trenbolone but very potent for a SARM. Probably the most potent SARM in injectable form

Myostatin inhibition: YK11 uniquely upregulates follistatin (myostatin inhibitor), which Tren doesn't do — this is its "SARM" mechanism

Progestin activity: Tren has progestogenic sides; YK11 doesn't

Night sweats/cardio: YK11 doesn't wreck cardio capacity or cause Tren's notorious night sweats (though it can affect endurance negatively in some users)

As a newbie joining a gym few years ago, I was told by a gym bro " If you don't feel like you will shit your pants, you are not lifting enough and will never build muscle. Dude would scream "come on princes is that the best you can do. My nuts can lift heavier than that" . May have been overdosing on Tren.

● 1992 MY first cycle (prescribed to me by a Doc) 100mg Syntex Anapolin (Anadrol) per day for 100 days at age 17.
● My second cycle 250mg Organon Sustanon 250 1 × Ampoule per week,100 days after finishing my Anapolin cycle (prescribed by same doc)
● Hot Danish exchange student chick arrives at my school, ends up being a regular at my house (Danish parents) Sustanon ends up giving me ED (Viagra doesn't exist)
Doc prescribes me Nolvadex, it works! (still hold a special place in my heart for Tamoxifin to this day)
● 1993 Gear Doc gets busted.
Third cycle RWR Stanazol water based 50mg ml Vetinary injection (50ml bottle) pins first shot in Quad with a 23g needle. It blocks up.
Try again!
Pins second shot with a 21g needle, yep it blocks up too.
Pins third shot with a 19g needle. Half of it goes in.
Next thing gym bro who sold me the Stanna, says "you need to mix it in with B12".
I buy B12 inj from pet barn, mix it in..
Pin with 23g it still blocks!
Gym bro then says.. "you need to shake it all about, then quickly pin it before it dries up in the needle"
I do this.. with what now looks like strawberry milkshake in a syringe! it works! Like a dream, with a 19g pin every single time!

Have done the dirty bulks but wasn’t till I started fuelling my body with whole foods and not all soul foods. When I properly fuelled it and tracked nutrition that’s when the real changes happened

This only happened recently but had a lad been trying to give me some advice/tips for months that’s really interested in jumping back into gym and getting onto a blast. As he used a few years ago!! He says “hey bro I need to get back into it how long till you do your next blast I’ll bulk you up?” I said I’m about to go on health phase end of this month for 6-8 weeks!! “What will you be running” I said 400T 400M 300NPP add orals in last 6 weeks!!



His eyes roll back and said fuck bro I used to run over a G of test GTren 500Decca and 400EQ I said how long you run that for and what was your bloods like lad??? Ohh I didn’t need to I felt great no sides could do it all year round!!!! His misses turns and says “is that when you used to get nose bleeds get dizzy all the time sweats high BP and sick”?? I said fuck bro that’s not good you going to cut down before you want to blast?? Nah bro I’m looking good and ready to go (just buy looking at him id guess 25-30% BF) think I’ll do me thanks boo boo.

I was told that i shouldnt be eating before training so i can use fat as fuel for my workouts which led me to feeling depleted half way through my session, once i started eating carbs pre i started feeling way better and the fat melted off while maintaining my muscle

Truth! Sergio Oliva the Myth! My idol to this day for eating whatever I want whenever I want (except precomp) but Sergio still ate that pizza & pancakes precomp. He is probably the biggest workhorse that we will never see again. An amazing machine that put the word volume back into volume! & it works!
