Happy hump day! First check-in for the week, have been busy with training and running around with the family during the last week of the school holidays!
I have been training hard and tracking things thoroughly as I prepare for my next push phase. I have noticed a slight bump in scale weight over the past few weeks, more noticeably, gains of 500-800grams on average, which is a bit rapid for my liking.
My best guess is that my body has now adapted to the lower androgen load, so what I previously thought was maintenance calories has probably become a slight surplus. I'll keep monitoring my weight, waist measurement, and body composition over the next few weeks.
YESTERDAY'S WORKOUT
Had a push session on Monday with a gym partner. Solid as usual!
Yesterday's workout was a filthy leg session (quad-focused). My last leg extension set was a giant drop set to ensure the quads were well and truly cactus.

Early morning start to make it to my pathology centre for my baseline bloods! After this was completed, it was a race to get my DEXA scan completed to gauge where Iβm at currently.

- I have gained 370g of lean muscle tissue in my legs (it has been a focus of mine to add more mass in this area)!

Happy hump day to you all. Feels great running some additional anabolics after being on TrT for what seemed like forever hahah.
Commenced my bulk on Monday and will let things stabilise over the next couple of weeks before pushing calories up SLOWLY over the course of my bulk. This will be a long-term lean bulk dependent on how I respond to NPP for the first time etc. I won't be going past 200mg for NPP, and all other compounds in my cycle I have run successfully for an extended period of time - so there will be no surprises there.
My bloods on TRT (results came back yesterday) were all fine, everything was within healthy ranges and a good baseline to compare with my next bloods mid-cycle.
Looking forward to some great gains!
TRAINING
Training today was my pull session. Had some solid, steady lifts throughout the session and felt fantastic while training biceps. Have managed to increase my weights gradually over the past month in this area, so I great sign that my tennis elbow is being managed correctly.
