The time has finally come, the winter bulk. The goal is to put on as much size as possible (105kg BW will be ideal). Once again I have been lucky enough to have this entire cycle sponsored by @Norvex , he is an absolute legend so thanks heaps for giving me the opportunity to make this happen and in turn show everyone here on EF how good the quality of @Norvex products are. So to clarify this cycle will consist entirely of Norvex Pharmaceutical products.



Baseline Measurements:

Height: 180cm

Weight: 86kg

Right Arm Circumference: 43cm

Right Leg Circumference: 60cm

Chest: 118cm



Updates:
I will provide training updates 3 x per week - every 4-5 weeks I’ll provide an update that includes the following:

  • PED Dosage Changes
  • Weight
  • Circumference changes
  • Any new Touchdowns

PEDS / Cycle Breakdown
Dosages will titrate up as the cycle progresses (total of 17 weeks) the first 5 weeks will consist of the following:

Calories will slowly titrate up as my weight plateau’s Here is an example of a meal option I’ll have - I’ll upload images of meal prep as I go.

Breakfast: 975kcal
80g oats
30g Protein
80g Yogurt
120ml milk
15g Honey
1 Banana
20g Granola
20g peanut butter or 1 scoop ice-cream



Lunch 1: ~765
Steak: 100g
Sausage: 100g
Potato: 250g


Lunch 2: ~410
Chicken Mince: 100g
Jasmine Rice: 200g

Snack: 400
Lemon Tuna: 156.5Kcal
Sour Cream Rice Cake (6): 145Kcal
LCM Bar: 100Kcal

Dinner: 600

Shake: ~1000
Mass Gainer ¼ serve: 313Kcal (Half Scoop)
100g Quick Oats: 380kcal
150ml Milk: 95kcal
92g Ice Cream: 15

Looking forward to following this log. Height and weight wise we aren't too far off each other and I'll be starting my gaining phase soon aswell. Will be good comparing results as we progress through a bulk. Good luck with it dude!
