Notes:

Prior to starting with @Oracle911 I had been running on significantly lower calories for an extended period.
Current focus is increasing food intake, improving recovery and establishing a sustainable baseline before making further adjustments.
Weight has increased from 99.3kg on Saturday to 101.6kg today. Coach's feedback was:

"First couple of weeks working on your metabolism and getting everything in place so we know what works. Long-term picture."

Training performance has remained stable despite the reduction in testosterone dose and recovery has been good so far.
The goal remains continued fat loss while maintaining strength and building as much muscle as possible.

Touchdown from @onyx Labs👌

Huge thank you to the team for the support.

Looking forward to working alongside @Oracle911 and documenting the next phase of the journey as I continue pushing towards my goal of 90kg while building the best physique possible.

Coming from a starting point of 160kg, this journey has already changed my life, but there’s still plenty of work to be done.

Time to put my head down, trust the process and keep chipping away.

Appreciate the opportunity and excited to see what we can achieve together.

Great session brother and quality update. Appreciate the additional info. Can’t wait to see the progress over the next few weeks

Wednesday Update

Weight

Current: 101.7kg

Training
Push and Pull sessions completed as planned this week.

Training performance has remained relatively stable despite the recent reduction in Testosterone and AI dosage, although recovery and overall training feel have been impacted by ongoing neck and nerve symptoms.

All logged weights shown are plate-loaded weight only and do not include machine resistance or bar weight where applicable.

Health & Recovery
Had a cervical nerve root injection on Friday to help manage ongoing C4-C7 disc and nerve issues.
Recovery from the procedure has been a little rougher than expected with:
  • Increased stiffness
  • Headaches
  • Fatigue
  • Increased nerve symptoms through the neck, shoulder and arm
The increase in symptoms has affected day-to-day comfort and recovery, however training has continued as planned while monitoring symptoms closely.

Nutrition & Protocol
Current focus remains on establishing a sustainable baseline under @Oracle911 rather than chasing rapid weight loss.

Recent changes include:
  • Test E reduced to 187.5mg/week
  • Arimidex reduced to 0.5mg/week
  • Cagrilintide removed from protocol
Weight is currently sitting at 101.7kg. While this is up from my recent low of 99.3kg, calories have increased significantly compared to where I was previously dieting. The cervical injection and resulting inflammation may also be contributing to short-term fluctuations.

The focus remains on consistency, recovery and establishing a sustainable long-term approach rather than reacting to short-term scale changes.

Looking forward to another productive week.

Saturday Update

Weight

Current: 101.9kg

Checked in with @Oracle911 and we're staying the course.

The focus right now is continuing to establish a solid baseline after increasing calories and making recent protocol adjustments. Rather than reacting to short-term fluctuations, we're looking at the bigger picture and collecting data over the coming weeks.

Recovery from the cervical nerve root injection is improving, although I'm still dealing with some neck stiffness, headaches and intermittent nerve symptoms into my shoulder and arm. I also picked up a minor right calf strain this week, so recovery has been the priority.

Despite that, nutrition has remained on point and training performance has been relatively stable. The goal is simply to keep stacking consistent weeks together and let the process do its job.

Appreciate everyone following along and offering any advice. Looking forward to another productive week.
