Continue reducing body fat while retaining and building as much muscle as possible.
Long-term goal is to build a physique I am proud of and potentially compete one day as a bucket list achievement.
Background
Started at 160kg and have currently reduced to 100.1kg, resulting in a total weight loss of almost 60kg.
I work as a Warehouse Supervisor with early starts and long work days, so finding a sustainable balance between training, nutrition and recovery has been a major focus throughout my journey.
This log is to document my progress, training, nutrition and overall journey as I work towards my next milestone of 90kg.
