Just wondering if anyone has heard from infinity and how his recovery is going? Or when they might be getting there order?

I'm posting this here so everyone can see that this decision is being made from a neutral position and based on the information currently available, not emotion, assumptions, or personal feelings.
As far as we can assess @Infinity Labs appears to be dealing with some personal circumstances behind the scenes which have affected the turnaround and fulfilment of recent orders.
It's also obvious that Infinity has built a solid reputation within his circle and the wider community over a long period of time. Many members have vouched for him, and if everything being communicated is accurate, we genuinely wish him a speedy recovery and hope things get sorted on the personal front.
That said, the moderation team still has a responsibility to the broader community.
While we can acknowledge that life happens and unexpected situations arise, we also can't ignore the fact that there are members currently waiting on orders and looking for answers. Because of that, we strongly encourage members not to engage in any new orders until the current outstanding ones have been resolved. If you choose to do so regardless, you need to understand and accept the potential risk that comes with that decision.
Before the supportive crowd comes charging in, this isn't an attack on @Infinity Labs nor is it a judgement on his character. It's simply a precautionary measure based on situations we've seen play out time and time again over the years. The reality is that most vendor issues start with delayed communication and delayed fulfilment. Sometimes they get resolved, sometimes they don't. Our job isn't to speculate on the outcome, it's to make sure the community is protected while things unfold.
For that reason, suspension is being withheld for now. We believe it's only fair that @Infinity Labs is given the opportunity to address the current situation and make things right with the members who are waiting.
However, that opportunity isn't open ended.
I'd strongly encourage you to make resolving outstanding orders your immediate priority @Infinity Labs . If these issues aren't addressed in a timely manner, the moderation team will be left with very few options moving forward.
Hopefully it doesn't come to that and we can look back on this as nothing more than a rough patch that was handled correctly. The ball is now in your court, brother.
