I've been on semaglutide for two weeks and I have some really bad nausea. I'm on 1 mg a week. What would be your advice on something that I can take to help with this? Or should I adjust the dosing that I'm doing? I'm 365 pounds and I'm trying to cut down.

Agree with above comments start low and work your way up gives your body time to get used to it starting at 1mg is the reason for the nausea
Retatrutide has less gi side affects but you can run sema with less side affects the trick is to start low go slow

Depending upon the diet yes that would play a huge part in nausea.
Also dosage- agree with other posts, pull back the dose.

Trizepatide is better tolerated.

At your weight and depending upon your insurance I would see a doctor to see if you can qualify for a script of Zepbound which is pharmaceutical grade Trizepatide by Eli Lilly.

If insurance doesn't cover depending upon your budget- look at the cost of Tirzepatide in peptide form you have to reconstitute

or Hims which has actual Zepbond with the Kwikpens for easy injecting. Plus you know what your purchasing.

Nausea can be expected on day 1 and day 2 after your bolus dose but fades over the weeks whereby it should go away. I'd push through and suck it up. Worked for me.

You can also do 0.5mg twice a week.
