I've been on semaglutide for two weeks and I have some really bad nausea. I'm on 1 mg a week. What would be your advice on something that I can take to help with this? Or should I adjust the dosing that I'm doing? I'm 365 pounds and I'm trying to cut down.
I think that you should look at doing a quarter milligram to a half milligram a week and see if that works. Also, eat more quality foods. If you eat too much, you'll get nausea.
Agree with above comments start low and work your way up gives your body time to get used to it starting at 1mg is the reason for the nausea
Retatrutide has less gi side affects but you can run sema with less side affects the trick is to start low go slow
