Hi everyone,
I am a local bodybuilding coach in South Australia and have a large interest in longevity while utilising AAS. A topic that has always been of significant interest to me is neurodegeneration when using AAS and the ways to mitigate this. Personally for all my clients I put them on multiple neuroprotective supplements and occasionally nootropics and neuropeptides.
However one thing I have noticed is that especially here in Australia it is difficult to come across good quality but also fairly priced supplements. Especially for niche supplements that don’t have a very large market. I was considering sourcing large quantities myself and making supplement stacks that utilise multiple products into an all in one package, but I wanted to guage whether there’s actually a market for this or just me?
The research on this isn’t great news. AAS — particularly 19-nors like tren and nandrolone — are genuinely neurotoxic. They increase beta-amyloid plaque accumulation (the same pathology behind Alzheimer’s), they accelerate hippocampal neuron apoptosis, reduce BDNF levels, mess with serotonin and dopamine receptor density, and cause measurable grey matter loss over time. That “tren brain” feeling where you can’t think clearly, your memory goes to shit, and your emotional regulation falls apart? That’s not just “sides.” That’s your brain actively taking damage. And the kicker is a lot of this doesn’t fully reverse when you come off. Guys who blast and cruise for years are accumulating neurological damage they don’t notice until their 40s and 50s when cognitive decline starts hitting earlier and harder than it should. It’s the same reason ex-NFL players and boxers deal with early-onset dementia — repeated insult to neural tissue adds up quietly until it doesn’t.
The few stacks I have been implementing with my clients and i want to implement in this brand would be mainly
Neural support and protection stack (month stack)
Metabolic support and reset stack (month stack)
All in one organ support stack (6-7 ingredients)(month stack)
Sleep stack (month stack)
Large, quality but affordable Berberine (3 month stack)
Large, quality but affordable Magnesium L threonate (3 month stack)
And genuinely I want to make them as cheap as possible. Things like L threonate and Berberine are some of the best supplements that you can take however they cost an arm and a leg here in Australia.
So if you guys think that this is something you’d be interested in, or if there is even a market for it let me know. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks all,
Coach EF
