I'm 55 plus now and I'm definitely slowing down. I would like to take some HGH to help with anti-aging and other benefits. What would be a good dosage for me? I've seen dosing from 1 IU up to 6 IU's online. What would you recommend for my situation? I train usually two or three times a week but I'm very active with golf, tennis, and other things like that.
