Female run with HGH

I've noticed some females out there are starting to run HGH. I never knew that it was okay for females to run it. I'm 47 years old. Do you recommend that I maybe try 1 IU per day or maybe 2 IU's per day?
My goal is to see some anti-aging and help with wrinkles and that sort of thing. Also would like to help with sleep

1-2iu a day is perfect. Start at 1iu and gauge your body response to it and titrate up by .5iu if needed.
