I am considering my first cycle and am finding a lot of conflicting information online. I am 32 and have been on TRT for a couple years. 3 on clomid, with 2-3 cycles of sustanon in that time. Taking Anastrozole while on sus and now HCG. Here’s the stack I am considering:

6 weeks
Sus- 300mg/week
Primo - 400mg/week
Tren (tri mix) 100mg/week
Masteron - 200-300/week
Anastrozole - 1 mg/week

Current build:
6’ 180lbs at 7%-8%

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you.

Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. I have been on a reduced dosage of test @150mg for the past 5 weeks, I feel great.
Original doctors prescription was 260mg. After a week of TRT dose and waiting for final components I began increasing reps and dropping the weight a little bit.

Started stack cycle of (kaplan) sust300 and (kaplan) deca300 on April, 22nd.

In a few words, i have always practiced a sport since my childhood (swimming, footaball, basketball, archery, running, bike....) and i started gym for the first time at 17 years old, i was born with a genetic abnormality, which can sometimes slow me down for the training and in generaly in the life (i get the treatment in the hospital every 3-6 months)

For context before I start at the bottom of this are photos of what I looked like after 8 years of hard training other then over the counter supplements I used nothing else I built my base the correct way. Trt didn't come into the picture till I was in my 30s what you see with these photos is what I am trying to get back to looking and feeling like.

I’m starting 500 test-e for 10 weeks. I’ve been on antibiotics for lymes for 5 days.

I know this isn’t a legit cycle and pretty boring but wanted to put it out there in case anyone ever has same problem. Seems Unlikely, considering this seems out of ordinary to me, but I’m planning to use test to help recover and keep my workout stronger. My only symptoms are extremely sore shoulders hips and glutes from like 4am to noon. After that I can move around and actually have some intense workouts. I know there’s not a doctor in existence that would recommend test to recover from lymes but here...

Agreed. Is 1mg Anastrozole enough? What are your thoughts. I’ve never had estrogen go above 50 on that even when total test is 1700+ and free is around 350

I'd have you look at the diet first. Also you don't need a stack for the first cycle but you muddy the water (see bold)

with your stats you have a lot of flexibility. i would consolidate the cycle. maybe do 2 or 3 steroids only instead of 4-5

i think this is a good setup. but to get the most out of it. i recommend putting together a nice log

i wouldn't use sustanon here. its too long of an ester mix. use test E
