It’s taken me this long to navigate myself to this forum .
I’m 42 6ft2 88kg
In fairly good shape but I’m looking to alter my composition.
I can get to the gym 3 times a week . I also try to get out for bike ride .
I want to build muscle - be lean / athletic and fuck off that fat that I can’t shake at the bottom of my stomach and hips.
I suppose there’s a lot of scare work in and around the text you find re steroids . So
I’m looking to you guys for advice and opinions on your thoughts of the safest way fwd !
I like the idea of peptides. Whatbi don’t know is What to use , when and how to use it . I’ve been reading through other posts and it has inspired me to have crack at getting in the best shape of my life.
Any and all input is appreciated as there is some inspiring builds here! I’ll take all the help I can get !
