how to add deca to my cycle?

you will get great results on deca for sure.
just watch out for deca dick. have viagra/cialis on hand and maybe caber
 
1st timer here. I'm 54 and will be posting a pursuit to look like my picture again log soon. This is a great forum community and I have truly enjoyed refreshing my knowledge reading your posts. If I can throw my 2 cents in on this subject. Yanehsu I was 48 when I was looking to accomplish similar goals. Without knowing particulars about your physique and general health my recommendation would be set your foundation with the longterm trt in mind. I'm guessing you're around 6 feet tall at 206? I'm 6'2" 218 right now and look like a frigging gray alien 👽. Not for very long though. 300mgs of testEorC a week forever should be the plan Yanehsu. Break it up monday/Thursday ish.
.9 grams of protein and 10 calories for every pound you wanna way. Watch sodium, drink plenty of water and get some cardio. If you are already there. Add 200mgs of TrenE a week. So 150 test, 100 tren Monday and again Thursday. 10 weeks then drop back to your trt regime. Modest but very effective. Minimal cycle support no pct really because your test levels never fall below trt levels. Wait a month or two and if you see a LongE Test/Mast/Tren mix give that a try.
