Will be hitting the iron later tonight around 715pm. Slept like a champ last night plus morning wood was in the ol gurl for sure a great way to arise and start the day lol

Gym is 2 blocks away. I almost got the apartment next to the gym lol. Im very grateful to be here. The most productive year Ive had so far. Just need a sick whip to go for nice leisure runs. lol
Really want a Nissan Nismo GT-R but its out of my income at the moment. Also looked at the new Supra and I could pay for it but not really since I never calculated my NapsGear budget so I will stick to walking. Ol gurl got a Honda and that is good enough. lol

After 3 beers I ended up having a burger with bacon and fries. At work atm, slow as shit! Its going to drag a bit. Arms feel bigger because I barely fit in my uniform lol. Dry gains cuz the scale hasnt moved but my gurl was like that shirt dont fit anymore and a coworker said i needed to go on a diet and lay off the steroids lmao little does he know Im on a low dose. Couldnt imagine what a bit more will do lol

I want to start doing macros and meal prep... I have the Vertical Diet 3.0 by Stan. We shall see how it goes. I got bloodwork done today for 160USD. Using the LC/MS assays. So should have some numbers for yall in a week or so.

I pinned .3 mL left ventro 11/28

This morning woke up around noon pinned left side shoulder .2 mL. Drank some OJ and Cranberry with a Protein shake and 1/4 tsp of pink salt plus 6 caps of Flax and some D3+K2, Super B Complex and extra D3 10,000IU since the other doesnt have much in it. Blood pressure was good this morning too.
No more Proviron. Working at 3pm today.
Having pizza for breakfast.

Doesnt seem to affect me. Waist hasnt changed in a year. One day I will do a protein shake only diet and get shredded. Lol
I will clean it up tho. We shall see what my bloodwork says.
