So my macros are
3291cal 327gC 302gP 68gF
I know low for a bulk and I’ll be able to push more food with the EQ but my coach started me here bevause I was having massive digestive issues from an allergic reaction from my last prep.
Food gets added on Friday I’ll keep you guys updated

Training split
Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Shoulders
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Back
Day 5: Chest
Day 6: Back/shoulders

Every workout I warm up with:
2 sets 15 pull ups
2 sets 15 incline bench @ 185
2 sets 15 dumbbell lateral raises for shoulders
Two sets of machined pull over for lats

Trying to build my width a tad and bring my chest fullness up a bit so I keep them moving daily then do whatever muscle group I’m doing for the day

I added the extra back/shoulders day for just that purpose, gonna throw a second chest session in there too somewhere

What is your present fat %?

I am just starting my cycle for a show and I am venturing from what I normally do. 12 weeks out. Starting with high dose test and EQ. I am expecting that the EQ will control the estrogen.
I will not be using an AI.

I think that the mast that you have should be a minimum of 600 mg for the fat loss. I would also up the Tren, but it’s not for everybody. I use those Tren doses for bulking rather than cutting.

I would recommend more volume per week ( each muscle 2x week) about 4 weeks in. You won’t be building any more muscle. With that being said, I used to work out each muscle 1x week and it worked great, I changed to volume and it worked better.

I will be adding anadrol and halo( 2 weeks max). Shhhhh- don’t tell Dylan- he does not like them.
The halo gets me cut up real good and the anadrol fills me out. I do not look like I have been dieting because of the fullness on anadrol at 6-7% bf.

These are ideas. They work for me. Well…. We will see about the EQ. I have never used that in prep. It is far enough out, I can make adjustments if necessary.
I personally also start cardio daily the. Move to 2x day as needed.

Definitely feeling euphoric changes, slight mass increase I believe it’s the rad 140..I feel like the estrogen might have been kicking in so I upped arimidex to .5mg/Ed . Idk if it’s possible to get estro sides after a week but I’m deathly afraid of gyno lol

My macros were also increased for this week

thats a good switch

i would do 100mgs eod of eq unless you have 250mgs/ml so 125mgs is fine eod

easier to dose and monitor the sides with eod shots
just DO NOT shoot your quad its mess to do that

I actually managed to get my hands on a 500mg/mL vial from aVoGen so a quarter CC would be the 125mgs.
Makes life a little easier too just running everything eod.
Yeah the winny I’m probably going to start 6 weeks out with either Proviron or halo@ 2 weeks out idk what my coach prefers yet

Lets do it EOD and post it up, but i would do winstrol 8 weeks out and push it hard
 
Deff will kick it in eod with the prop…8 weeks at 50mg a day you don’t think that’s too much in the liver??

8 weeks isnt too much if you doing n2guard or a strong tudca liver support at least 10-15 ingredients deep

i did 12 weeks of orals with n2guard no issues just slightly elevated alt/ast
 
2 weeks update

Strength definitely increasing, sex drive increasing as well. The test is starting to kick in just fine.
Starting to increase the weight on my warm up sets

T3 50mcg is a good dose minimum

i'm not a fan of using it though

if you want to stack clen and t3

i would pyramid t3
12.5mcg up to 50mcg but not higher and pyramid down or your mess up your thyroid

clenbuterol
20->80mcg with 20mcg intervals

2 days on 2 days off is best

makes sure you got taurine and n2guard

and go down to week 1 doses after keeping it at 50mcg for 3 weeks
so time this around the show

and the clenbuterol thats easy
20mcg ed and add 20mcg up to 80mcg

but remember the t3 no joke can ruin your thyroid
so make sure to use n2guard

it helps clen keep working while keeping receptors clean

but you can do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but so close to the show you should do 2 days on 2 days off so you can monitor things closer

Sorry brother, I should have been more clear. I wouldn't run T3 either. I know some guys do great with it but for me, the risk of fucking up the thyroid is too great for my liking.

Continuing to put on size, testosterone definitely kicking in. Testicular atrophy noticed, increased libido noticed. Cut back on the AI with the addition of EQ as I was waking up a little dried out.

Strength increasing.
Decreased Macros to

Added AOD9604 at 300mcg a day. Never used it before but used Frag 176 and was pleased. So the AOD I’ll keep in up until the show to see if it helps with fat burning at all.

want to see how the peptides go, but be safe with them
you getting leaner from the peptides?
