Female TRT

A friend of mine went to an anti-aging clinic and they put her on TRT. I refuse to go to these places I don't trust them at all and I've heard horror stories about them

what would be the way I could do self TRT as a female? I’m 52 years old and my test levels are low.

you would first want to get bloodwork done and see if you have issues. if so then you can start off at 25mg a week and adjust it from there

get blood work but dont do testosterone
you can do anavar 2.5-5mgs daily

Females on hrt is hard you need a doctor but never inject anything. Oral only.

Low dose of ANAVAR would be better option, but 1st do blood test
