What kind of results can I expect from using Taurine ? I have heard it helps alot with back pumps but I am curious to how it works?

Not sure how it works but damn its help me with back pumps. Ive delt with them for years and taurine is the only thing that has consistently helped.

it will help with pumps if you are using steroids but it isn't going to offset pumps enough if you want to do endurance training
