proviron lowers shbg and frees up bound testosterone so thats the one that you can get the most out of in terms of libido with little to no side effect issues...

Yikes man......never use steroids just to boost libido. Libido is way more complex than that. You don't want to be shutting yourself down in hopes of a better sex drive.
