Lumps under skin

So every once in awhile after I pin I'll get a lump under my skin. Probably from not going into the center of the muscle. What are these lumps? These lumps take about 2 weeks sometimes before they go away. Now is the gear trapped inside, am I still getting a steady supply of gear? Should I see a doc and get them drained? And Yes I follow very safe and sterile pinning procedures.

This depends on where you are sticking. The length of the needle. The temperature of the gear. If you hit a vein on the way in which would cause a bruise. This is a common problem if you inject too shallow or the gear is cold. Also scar tissue may have built up in that area from repeated injections and causes it to not disperse properly.

Possible.

the oil is clumped up

you aren't getting deep enough in the muscle or your gear simply sucks

scar tissue takes time to build up and isn't a clump, it is more of a wall

Sounds like you aren't using a deep enough injection needle tip and aren't fully injecting into the muscle.

Simple solution - buy a longer needle tip
