My wife makes a mean peach or pear cobbler. I doubt anyone outside of GA has even eaten cobbler though.

I have a great mint brownie recipe I'm going to make soon. I used to make tins of various cookies for all my coworkers for the holidays with those, Oreo truffles, these caramel pretzel things, some sort of peanut butter cookie, and stained glass window cookies.

Not baking, but I also made a decent sized batch of Coquito a few nights ago. It was all gone that same night. Wahhh.
