1 Week into Test and Primo Cycle, your THOUGHTS?

I would agree that if bulking is your goal, there are better options out there. You could go with something like Test and NPP

at 5 11 and 167 pounds you should stash this cycle away for later on.

right now I recommend food and getting on a strong workout program. go to the diet section and read my bulking diet in the sticky. get on that for the next 6 months and you will make keepable gains to bulk

yep...

drink 50g dextrose and 50g whey 1st thing AM and post WO. Add in healthy fats where you can and try to take in another 15g pro each meal. N2BM gear (amino) will be very helpful, as will N2slin. they will put you on the fast track to adding 30lbs.

once you hit 185, re post.

Here's your answer; if you're 5'11 and 167 the results you can expect are ZERO.
 
yea i mean if you eat enough protein and cals and hit the weights hard, while using steriods, you are going to grow no doubt.But primo is not the ideal bulker, its for slow and steady lean gains imo
 
primo is a wonderful, wonderful substance. But like dylan said, it ain't for bulking, and your running it too low, and not long enough. Drop the tamox on cycle, no need for that.
