On 1st cycle of test e on wk 4 of 12. Started out around 11% bf and I feel like I'm gaining a significant amount of fat even though my calories seem fairly low for my size. I'm at 3200 calories and I figured I would be taking in 4000 while on cycle but the way I've been adding fat I was afraid to up them. I'm 32, 6'0 219lbs lifting 4 days/wk. I have a desk job and don't move around as much as I should during the day but do have a high intensity weight training 4 nights a week. I'm taking 500mg test e per wk along with aromasin 12.5mg eod and hcgenerate and n2guard. Is it normal to be gaining fat, seemingly at an even faster pace than when I bulk naturally? I'm eating super clean diet with 1 cheat meal per week. Maybe it's just that as I get older my metabolism is slowing with the added negative of sitting at a desk for several hrs everyday? I have noticed that cutting after a bulk has gotten harder and harder since I've turned 30 but I thought I would be adding some really lean gains on test?? Any ideas/recommendations ?
