Oh ok well it was 6 plates and I know none of you ngrs have ever had to use one but at my gym we have some rigid bars made for big squats and deads. I like that theory that the bar didn't bend that's about the biggest grasping at straws bullshit I ever heard. If you even watched the lift you would notice how slow and controlled it was that in itself eliminates most bar bending shit. You ngrs sux at the gym don't blame me cause you juiced to bench 315 Buncha fucking weak poosies. Seriously tho most of you idiots should kill yourselves. We still ngrs tho
