He's going to CR for the holidays, I'm spending xmas and an entire week alone.

What should I do with my free time?
 
That sucks. I won't have Q from Friday afternoon until at least 1:00 Christmas day. I haven't spent that much time away from her in a while.

I have a relative that works with an airline, I can get tickets for like $50 round trip, it's not the money, I just highly dislike CR, no way I'm wasting vacation days in that shithole, specially since all I'd be doing is visiting friends and family, yuck. If I could go quietly without telling anyone and hitting the volcano hot springs I might... but to socialize? fuck no

sort of odd you would skip christmas with your husband because you dont feel like socializing with friends and family....
 
Meh, December 25th is the final day of Saturnalia. As usual the Christians stole a pagan holiday & called it their own. The only proper way to celebrate would be to parade Jews down the street and throw rocks at them like in ancient Rome.

The Christians declared January 6th as Jesus's birthday. But the pagans wouldn't stop celebrating on December 25th so they started that whole 12 days of Christmas bullshit.

Eventually they just moved the whole holiday back. Tradition trumps religion every time.

I don't watch the show other than a few episodes that I've seen about half of, and really don't give a flying fuck who gets married to who, but these ngrs at A&E are retarded.
