Hi everyone i really need help im 25 and
My nipples are puffy almost all the time apart from when im cold or get out the shower my whole chest and nipples look 100% better i have been to the doc countless times and thay done nothing i went for a final time and really kicked up shit becouse i was getting pains under my nipples

Thay then sent me to hospital for a specialist to look at me now the specialist asked me to rasie my arm in the air and check my nipples he said there is no lump at all but just to be sure he sent me for ultrasound thay scanned over my nipples and couldnt see anything i asked them could it be fat he said from the scan he cant see anything but its possible

Iv tryed meny things to put my chest right iv used letro and nolva at the standerd dose to try and fix it nothing happend :(

So i tryed pes erase pro that didnt help
Im at a point now were i cant handle it no more i was thinking of trying 11 oxo stacked with triazole im currently taking warroir blaze reborn to shred some fat away id say im around 15 to 16 % bf i can just see the sides of my abs cuming thru

So i would like ppls veiws on what thay think this is and how i can get rid of this as its destroying my confidance and sex life i will do what ever it takes to make my chest normal agein

The pics show my nipples puffy i will add pics of my chest after a shower so you can see what i mean

Please please if you can help in anyway id be extremely greatful

They aren't that bad man if letro didn't solve it not much other options. I am telling you tho bro if I saw you at the beach I would not think its Gyno, my honest opinion sometimes we are so into our body's that we find a small mess up and we obsess over it and make it a big deal. I think if you drop more weight hit the gym a little harder you will be good man.

Quick update iv ordered triazole along with acai berry afican mango and multi vits also got some fat burner patchs for my chest

I read alot about triazole and some ppl have got rid of gyno or fat under nipples using it dose everything seem ok above and has anyone use this before

I have just recived my triazole i will do 2 caps for my 1st day and 4 caps for 22 days if all goes well ill buy another bottle

This is how I look on day 4 of triazole my chest is changing I cant belive it I used the fat burning patchs last night woke up this morning and this is how it looks

Just 4 days o.o nice improvement.
Yesterday I ordered Triazole, gonna give it a try. It will take 2 weeks to be delivered though.

Ya 4 days it sounds crazy but I have been taking 4 pills a day and training insaine ill be ordering another bottle asap so I can run it for 40 days at 4 pills by the way things are going ill be trying there other supps 2

Are you sure your nipples aren't just cold In the second pic or do you notice a drastic improvement all around? I actually used triazole a while ago when I was younger before juicing,
And I quite liked it
 
Na mate thay werent cold thay have been like this all day I have been using fat burner patchs on my chest at night I think this could be helping 2 I showed my best mate my chest the other day and he said he can see a big difference already I really am happy so far maybe this thread could help other pepole beat the same problem

What are the fat burner patches?
 
There off ebay really cheap 2 it says to apply before going to bed and when ur body is at rest it releases ingredients that brake down fat behind the skin and ur body somehow gets rid of it ill be using them agein tonight thay smell really strong I put them over my nipples before bed a little warning tho its ripped all my nipple hair off lol

Ok I think it was the patchs that set my chest off agein so iv stopped using them time will tell I hope I can fix this or its gunna be scalpel time

Ok iv upped my dose to 6 caps a day as iv had enough now it started to go down but then poped back up I dont understand whats goin on but its really getting me down pain has come back so ill go to the docs agein and tell them if you send me away with no help ill cut it out myself I cant live like this no more

Ok triazole hasnt helped much and as the docs tell me its fat as there is no lump would I be ok to run a cycle of DN ripped 58 to help with fat loss and lean mass

Just carb cycle bro and drop body fat. This is the single best way to see if you have gyno or just hold
Fat there.
 
Ill take a look at it mate maybe ripped 58 with low carb I dont like the sound of high carb diets

I have never heard of fat burner patches. Whats the scoop on that?
I am very interested as my chest has some fat that I just cant seem to shake.
 
Thay didnt work lad my mate has seen my chest and he sells roids he said it defo looks like gyno and I need medication to reduce it

ok listen... your obsessing bro.. BREATHE... i have puffy nips by nature.. its not gyno, its our body composition... no bumps under, i just have puffy nips... when i come off cycle and im leaned out, my nips arent half as puffy cause i have half the fat in my chest. by the looks of your pic your not too far off from me but your no ripped beast either.. u probably have 15% bf on a guess...
take some oxy elite pro, up your cardio to 5 days a week for 40 mins, clean diet and call me in a month.. im 99% sure thats what it is... gyno sticks out bud, your obsessing.. we are our own worst critics.. truly... smoke a joint.. relax.. get a grip on your self and face the fact that its time to go to work.. put your big boy shorts on and do the fuckin thing. youll be fine.
there is no chemical solution here... you are the solution... you have to want it so bad you will live it breathe it and sleep it.. no Chinese patches, no pills ect just supps food and hard work and dedication... your looking in the wrong direction for your answer here... i hope this inspires you to try harder.. it will work!

Ok iv got money to order stuff to fight this gyno should I get letrozole and Arimidex for letro rebound or
letrozole and Aromasin for letro rebound

I will run it like this
Letro 1.25 for a week then 2.5 until gyno subsides then tapper off to 1.25 eod

once im done with letro run aromasin 25mg for a week or 2 then cut the pills in half to 12.5 mg then if things go well 12.5 eod

If I use Arimidex wat dose should I use for rebound

Or a better qustion out of the 2 wats better for rebound Arimidex or Aromasin

I developed gyno or I should say found out I had gyno 7 months ago, solid lump and extremely painful to touch so for the last month iv been using letro. Docs told me to stop drinking whey protein and eat clean and do lots of cardio so I decided to get myself letro after reading online that it my help. Within 3 days it had halved then by 1 week practically non existent no pain just a tiny lump only noticeable if I really dug about to find it, nips looked fine which was total relief. Day 14 terrible itching and burning and red raw puffy nips returning again, not sure if my body is just getting used to letro or what or the gyno is fighting back and blocking the letro? As iv read in previous posts letro will not cure gyno and is only a temp fix, I am starting to believe this myself, folk have said it did work for them tho just did not work 100% for me. As the gyno appears to be coming back I don't think there is much point me using nolva as this is ment to prevent rebound when you come off letro? Iv halved my 6 remaining letro so gonna drag them out till its done hopefully it wont grow much more but I know for a fact my gyno is back!

Im asking myself should I have started taking nolva soon as I noticed a change in the gyno? Would this have helped prevent it rebounding? Why did the gyno come back 2 weeks into a letro cycle?

Gonna give it a month then run it again and if I do notice a change Ill be hitting the nolva instantly.

You think I should keep running letro even tho it has stopped working? Iv thought about increasing the dose but was told it is not a good idea to use letro for a long period of time, that's why Im gonna give 1 month off once iv finished my current caps, they possibly hit it hard from the start hopefully eliminate the gyno... but will it come back again? Ill start a post come September so watch this space!

Don't stop taking it . The rebound will probably make it come back even stronger. It takes time to go away. I'd up the dose and carry on. Do you want nice lumpy pointy nipples? Probably not...
 
Quick update iv got Teva letrozoleand accord anastrozole

This is how I was going to run letro
Week 1 1.25mg
Week 2 2.5mg
Week 3 2.5 mg
Week 4 1.25mg for 2 days then quarter of a pill for 5 days

anastrozole for rebound

1mg for 2 weeks
0.5 mg for 2 weeks

Then nolva for 3 to 4 weeks 20mg for 2 weeks and 10mg for 2 weeks
I have read that anastrozole can cause a rebound if used for 2 long this is why I added nolva for a few weeks

Should I run it like iv posted above or stack letro and anastrozole


Any 1 got any better ideas on running this please post here any info or help would be appreciated

personally i would take the Nolva with the anastrazole and try to boost the Nolva to 40mg I tried tapering off and felt the lump staring to increase in size so i jumped back onto 1mg arimidex so be carefull and take your time with the taper
 
Adex can cause a rebound as well as letro Im not sure about running adex and nolva together wouldnt it be better to run letro and adax then tapper off both into nolva to help control rebound ill defo take my time with cuming off im trying to protect myself as much as possible iv lived with this gyno long enough

Posting an update guys, I split my 2 remaining letro caps into 4 and now have ran out so been off letro for 3 days now and both gyno lumps have actually reduced to practically nothing same as what happened when I started using letro. I am not using nolva or anything just came off letro slowly so Ill keep you all informed on what happens over the next week or so.
 
I havnt started yet im going away today so monday morning im starting iv lost body fat and its still the same so time will tell

Ok quick update iv been on letro for 3 days now at 1.25mg and it looks like the puffyness is going down not a huge amount but enough to notice it im not 100% tho as iv never hurd of letro getting to work so fast my left nipple was alot worse then my right but today there both the same size and shape

Thats good news mate mine halved within 3 days so stick with it. Iv been letro free for over a week now with NO recommended nolva and I actually feel my gyno reducing more, puffyness still there but this is due to the existing lumps that are defo smaller than they were, gone from lumps with the radius of an inch to the size of a bean!

Only problems I has was I felt the lumps come back whilst in was using 2 weeks into my letro cycle but decreased in size again over the next week. I would have stayed on the letro longer if I had more, only had 30 caps so halved my last few to get more days out it until done and could not get nolva so thats the reason for the sudden stop. Im thinking im gonna stick to half caps for 2 months if I get more instead of 30 caps being 1 month supply.
 
Ya iv got a update for you
Yesterday I had 2.5mg and felt sick about 2 hours after taking it I took this dose with green tea and lemon I wont be doing that agein lol I was sick everywere I googled letro and sikness and apparently its a normal side effect of a full 2.5 mg dose but today I had 2.5 mg and im fine anyway after 6 days on letro iv noticed a bit of puffyness has gone and i can feel the lumps much easyer now and there going soft there looking a little better each day my sex drive has been nuked by letro but that dosnt bother me it will be bk and its definitely worth running letro for gyno reversal you can tell when its working

Ill keep you updated hopefully I can get rid of this all together im impressed with all the help and support iv had from everyone so I would like to say thank you

Another update here today after waking up iv noticed that the hard gritty feeling aka the lumps under my nipples are extremely soft but there is still puffyness buy the looks of it letro is defo doing its job and im going to order more as I want all of it gone dose anyone no how to remove the puffyness

thats good news and regarding the puffiness with me i noticed as the lumps got smaller the puffiness went away
but thats not with everyone aome people have small fat deposits that can be really hard to burn off
just keep at it and hopefully the puffiness will go away too

Thanks mate im taking warrior blaze along side letro I cant feel any lumps no more so ill continue for a week just to be sure I can see the sides of my abs starting to come thru but the puffyness is worse at night could this be becouse its fat remaining

Any updates with your letro and gyno? I spent over a month on a letro/nolva combo, 3 weeks of use and gyno lumps were minimum your talking a corn flake 1 side and half a pea the other then both have came back not as bad tho and not sore. I upped to taking 1 full 2.5mg letro at midnight and another mid day so i was constantly getting full dose of letro but still i could feel the lumps coming back. Iv stopped the letro and nolvo not tapered off the dose just stopped as felt that the fact they have started cming back its a bit piontless continuing using and they dont seem to be doing anything which is a good and a bad thing, good being no pain and not growing, bad as they are still there. If i notice any issues i will post again.
 
Hi there yes my lumps have over halfed in size there still puffy but no were near as bad as thay were iv tapperd off letro now and im much happier im faily sure what I have left is just fat build up behind my nipples are you sure ur letro is ligit I also have a full box of adex 1mg I dont think ill use them as ill be using oxy elite pro to remove some stubborn fat

Thats good news your lumps are no where near the size of what they were and your much happier and confident now. I think they will always be puffy due to the fact there is still a lump behind being pushed forward instead of just a wall of muscle ( guess thats why some say to reduce how gyno looks to stop training your chest). Mine is the same slight puffyness and sagging but does not bother me in the slightest as looks nothing like it did before and does not hurt at all now, yes partial lumps but no pain!! My letro is legit as started noticing changes within 24 hours of taking my first letro/nolva combo plus felt absolute trash for weeks whilst using thats another reason i stopped taking it i couldnt handle feeling the way i did any longer.

Thanks for posting your pics and the info about the doctors you've seen. That's definitely the right step - to get a physical exam. It's a good sign that there are no lumps under the nipples and that the ultrasound came up clear. Have you had them take blood to run your hormone levels? Testosterone and estrogen, when imbalanced in the male body, can cause male breast growth. It may be in the very beginning stages where you're feeling things happening in the breasts but physicial tests like a manual exam and ultrasound still show nothing. If there is a hormonal issue at the root cause of the pain you've felt in your breasts (and before the breast growth starts to become visible), you should find out if you have a hormonal imbalance. Looking at your pictures, you don't appear to have gynecomastia at this time, and the physical exam by your doctor thankfully confirmed that.

Hi I would like to thank everyone for help and support here
Im not sure if it was a hormone imbalance im fairly sure its fat left now

I have been and checked my bodyfat levels and I was at 21 % body fat but I can see see my abs slightly I was shocked I felt like banging my head off the wall thinking what am I doing to myself so I started with oxy elitle pro
As well as changing my life style

I eat alot better and workout alot harder and I blend up fresh and frozen fruits and generally eating clean foods

So long story short after 1st week with my life style change and oxy elite pro I lost 4% body fat im now coming to the end of week 2 now and ill be checking my body fat levels agein on monday so ill update this agein then

I will beat this ; )
