Helladrol and n2slin log!

What's up everyone over the next few months I will be keeping a log on here and another forum of my experience. I have been selected to log n2slin for ntbm during my helladrol cycle. I will keep an honest log and list any bad experiences if any. My goals for this cycle are to gain some lbm while cutting some fat. I will be doing a basic split working out 5-6 days a week, with fasted cardio in the morning. I am a full time student at a university, but it will not interfere with my goals.

My current stats are:
22 years old
5'9"
180lbs
15% bf

I hope to drop below 10% by the end of my cycle while adding strength I am trying out IF dieting and it has seem to be helping. I eat from 1-9pm. I do fasted cardio as stated above, however I usually will have my breakfast before the gym (I train around 3pm in between class)

Here is my cycle layout:

1-6 helladrol 75/100/100/100/125/125 (dosage is more of a guideline, I will adjust as I see fit for my body)
1-6 n2guard dosed 4 hrs after my hella serving
1-6 d spark 3 caps per day
1-6 n2slin 1 before breakfast, lunch and dinner 3 caps total
3-6 hcgenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
3-6 forma stanzol

Pct:
7-10 clomid 25/25/25/25 (some will say a serm is not necessary however I believe in no serm no cycle)
7-10 forma stanzol
7-10 test infusion
7-10 forged methyl eea
7-10 keto burn

My other daily supps:
Fish oil
Whey protein
Casein
Coconut oil
Bcaa
Taurine

looks good bud! For me n2slin caused bloating, i still used all of it though but I don't think I'll be grabbing it again

No RS-trans for lethargy etc?

I thought hella was good for lean mass gains but you're using it here just to maintain muscle and increase strength is that correct?

No rs trans for me I have seen people run it and not get lethargy I think it has to do with age older you are I believe more acceptable to lethargy, the lean mass is great and part of the reason why I got it but yes I am trying to maintain while I cut and I heard hella is great. How many caps were you taking for n2slin?
 
I was taking anywhere from 3 to 6, also dont take it on a really empty stomach or dont take 2+ caps unless youre having a carb meal within 30 minutes. Made those mistakes before and its not a good feeling
 
Lol I will keep that in mind thanks man I was going t start at just 2 for the day and see how I felt besides bloat tho did it work good for you?
 
Honestly i wastaking so much other stuff at the time it was hard to tell, but what i can say is my buddy bought a bottle and thats all he was using, he said he really liked it, said he felt great on it
 
Good cycle, keep us posted, but I would suggest you start HCGenerate in the start of the cycle (day 1).
 
I can't buy another hcgen otherwise I would lol I have heard hella kicks in around the time when I start the hcgen
 
Took my first dose of hella this morning I still plan on running it at 75 for the week, I had a slight headache when I woke up and when I took the hella a few hours after the headache became worse could be coincidence or hella could of made it worse no big deal I took a aspirin and it went away. Today was leg day and I had to go with my gf so I couldn't go heavier.

Front squat 10 reps 90/135/135/155
Hack squats 10 reps 135/225/225/275
Leg curls 10 reps 60/70/80/80
Stiff leg deads 10 reps 135/135/135
Leg press 10 reps 315/405/405/405
Superset between leg extensions and lying leg curls 3 sets each


Was not a good workout for me today but I am sure the following days will be different, I am really excited to see some strength gains.

I took one pill before my dinner and I have no bloat, hope to really notice positive effects of the n2slin and I'm sure this will become another favorable supplement for me

You're doing N2Slin during dinner, how's your sleep? :cool:
 
I eat dinner around 9pm and I go to bed around 12 I sleep fine and have no trouble going to sleep, staying awake in the day the is a different story I'm defiantly a lot more tired outside of the gym

love n2slin on cycle, very important to get the most out of everything you eat when blowing hundreds on a cycle.Not sure why more people arent using it under these circumstances.
 
Thanks a lot man and I defiantly agree with you I am liking this n2slin. I cut out caffeine no coffee no pre workout nothing but water and I am really feeling the effects from it I used to drink 4 cups of coffee and a pre workout for the gym and now I just feel like I have no energy at all I just want to sleep all day, I wish I would of cut caffeine a week or two before my cycle and I hope it's the lack of caffeine that is making me tired...
 
Had my morning workout and felt like shit I had to stop early to go home and I never do that... I started with pull-ups 3 sets then went to dead lifts did 4 sets 225 highest I went and that felt ridiculously heavy. I went to low row machine 2 sets in and I started getting shortness of breathe felt real dizzy and nausea. my heart was racing also Took 10 min break then tried to do some curls and felt it again.. I don't know if it is bad timing and I am catching a cold or whatever but the past few days I have just felt like shit. I have a few options:

1. Stop everything for a few days and try and get my strength back

2. Stop everything run a pct and continue n2slin

3. I'm a pussy lmao
 
I was having to much caffeine and it was disturbing my sleep and everything else I was drinking coffee like it was water, plus I wasn't feeling the effects of pre workout lol

probably were having caff to late at night also.If i have caff past dinner time,if messes with my sleeping pattern pretty bad.
 
Ya defiantly but with everyone in my family and all friends avid coffee drinkers some times it is hard passing it up lol do you all think that is adding up to my shitty days? Or think its the hella messing with me? I didn't notice n2guard can only be ran for 4 weeks when I bought it so initial thought was to start it on the 3rd week and just use milk thistle now?
 
okay i've written about this many times on here. low blood sugar issues.

treat n2slin like you would real insulin. this means when you take n2slin you need to be EATING!!! i picked you for this log because you said you were a skinnier dude who needed to bulk up. well this is your chance bro. you need to be EATING a lot of cals and carbs within the 90 minutes you take your n2slin!! if you do not eat enough then your blood sugar is gonna drop and drop hard hence why you feel all light headed and like shit. the addition of hella or any other AAS that is strong is gonna make the problem worse.

an example of a meal for you after you take the n2slin is a big glass of whey protein with 2-4g of dextrose. then chicken/brown rice with veggies. then followup with some fresh apple cider or fresh squeezed juice. DO NOT use n2slin before your workout.. DO NOT use n2slin before bed or when you wake up!!

oh and glucose pills need to be on hand. if you start feeling those symptoms then pop 2 of them.
 
Thanks a lot bro I will defiantly be doing that the past few days I would take n2slin and have either tilapia with vegetables and a cup of pasta with a whey shake or 4oz chicken with a sweet potato and whey but I will be eating a lot more following it thanks a lot man

agreed and this goes without saying.N2slin should be taking about 30 mins prior to meals.
 
I have the thirty mins down but I wasn't eating enough or as common that will change tho! Thanks for your alls help, I thought it was the hella and I was getting bummed lol

Stimulants aren't always the best idea, no matter what form they are in (be it nicotine or caffeine). He felt he was overdoing them and cut them out, very good call. :Chef:

I've been reading some stuff on caffeine and cortisol so was just wondering if it was something to do with that or not. I'm taking katanadrol 3.0 right now that has caffeine in it so going to try and cut out other sources.

Dosing n2slin with my post workout meal and having high carb meals for 2 hours after the issue seemed to disappear, defiantly user error on that one lol

Judging by my before pics what would you all put my bodyfat at? The calculator said 14%, my top two abs are starting to show now tho so I'm defiantly getting leaner

That's where I figured I was too I was doing well before starting my log but my mother recently ended up in the hospital so I am having to take care of her for now.


Yesterday I did shoulders and could of went for hours I went with 2 other friends so it wasn't the best but still a good workout

Today is an off day, I purchased a treadmill to put in my room to do cardio instead of fighting with the rain and fighting to wake up on time lol

Diet has been good past few days I work out in the morning so after I get done working out I take my n2slin and 30 mins later I have my breakfast with protein shake and another meal following shortly after. The problem I was having is gone and I am happy with the results so far I feel a little leaner than my starting pictures but not to much of a strength gain just yet but it will come.

As of the helladrol I am on my 2nd week today and I may bump up the dosage to 100mg a day, as far as weight I am 184 in the mornings but I'm sure it's all water but worth mentioning. As I said before strength has not come yet, I am breaking out on my lower back now and I never get acne there so I guess it is a good sign. Cardio seems to be somewhat impacted tho I can't go as far as I normally would be able to.
 
I'm not trying to sound like a arsehole here but isn't always good to have a solid base before starting to mess around with hormones ??

I'm 5'9 180lbs.... How big would you like 200 pounds, I saw your beast post your 3 inches taller than me and 10 pounds heavier... Shouldn't you of had a better base

Pics never do anyone justice tho besides show how cut they are. Any one that's pretty experienced should know what body weight and height will look on a frame I know your not trying to be rude but saying someone doesn't have a good base is pretty rude you can't see how thick someone is or how big they are in pictures.

Went back to the gym today and killed back, past two days were off days besides 30 mins of cardio in the morning, I increased my hella up to 100mgs and I'm very happy with it as for the n2slin I am take 3 caps total one for my post workout and 2 for my dinner, once again the issue I had subsided and I am very happy with the n2slin I'm defiantly leaning out but packing on the weight. As of this morning I am 185, pretty impressive for 1 week of hella and n2slin I'm sure it's some water weight but I'm happy to see it going up last night before bed I weighed my self for fun and I was 188. The pumps are defiantly coming in this week but I am putting my taurine powder with my bcaas during workout and it subsides. My water in take is right around 1.5 gallons a day also. My right elbow has been killing me lately I hit my funny bone the other day hard so that could be the cause or it could be the d spark I'm on 2 caps a day but like I said its only on one elbow so I don't think that's the culprit.

Followed by a forearm exercise I'm not sure how to name, its the PVC pipe and it has a rope attached and you twist it up with weights attached, real good for your forearms


My elbow bothered me almost the whole workout especially after deads.

I figured I will take mid cycle pictures around week 3

I purchased the Mho poppers out of curiosity, any one have any ideas on how I should run it? I was thinking on cycle to maybe help lethargy (very mild) please give some input
 
Be careful with the elbow pain brother, I've recently had to start seeing the chiriopractor due to some inner forearm/elbow issues. Man it sucks - I can't do any rows of any kind (basically have to shut down isolated back exercises) and can't do any straight on bicep exercises. What I have is basically golfer's elbow and I don't even golf! It sucks lol.

Great log so far man, can't wait to see your before and afters

I had the same problem before as well. What worked for me is some physical therapy exercises that they use to treat tennis elbow. The best one is where u rest ur forearmson ur legs with ur palms up and hand extended past ur knee hanging out over the knee with out any support. Then curl weight by moving ur wrist up and down. At first i could hardly lift or grip anything but after a few weeks it strengthened the muscle and about a month later was as good as new. Just my experience may not work for u....

Nice workout. I have yet to run hella but my buddy ran it for his first cycle and got really good results. Stacking it with n2slin is a good combo. I'm running it with my current cycle and really like the synergy it has with AAS and GH.

i hate to sound like a parrot in your thread,please forgive me but there is no MORE important time to use n2slin then on cycle.You get the most of every dam calorie you consume due to n2slin.No more important time to do so,then when you are trying to pack on muscle and in the process of blowing hundreds of dollars on a steriod cycle.No brainer imo
 
Trained legs today elbow hurt after again starting to get worried about it, but fuck it... A side effect from hella that I have started to notice is I'm gettin pretty aggressive, I'm not saying I wanna fight everyone but I defiantly feel "on" and I am getting annoyed easily but I'm a nice dude so I keep it to my self but today I almost lost it, here is the story at my gym they have 2 squat racks... Not usually a problem but today there was 2 people on both racks so me and my partner started with calfs the leg press and they were still on it after all of it, so one of the people was a female and she was squatting 155.. Pretty impressive how ever she was taking 5 mins breaks same with her boyfriend who was only squatting 135 and half reps, she gets done and takes the bar and goes in between the two squat racks (out of the squat rack so its open) and she starts doing cleans so I go to the bench and grab a bar and walk back and throw it on the squat rack she takes out her headphones and says I'm using that... I told her she is out of it and doing her cleans well she dumped the weight to either side and throws her bar on the squat rack with an attitude, I will NEVER disrespect a female no matter what gear I am on or how big I am. I simple look at here and say k grab my bar and put it back on the bench. I'm steaming at this point and my partner can tell. I took a few breathes and let go of it. Now I am not saying the hella made me mad but usually something small like that wouldn't bother me... All in all her and her scrawny boyfriend used both squat racks for the whole hour in a half bull shitting and taking 5 min breaks. My partner and I didn't squat....

As I said didn't get to squat and my elbow bothered me the whole workout tAking tomorrow off and icing it all day today and tomorrow

I took an off day today witch was planned but I didn't plan on getting sick, I have a fever and congested overall I feel like complete shit. Probably going to take tomorrow off as well and use it to recover more, I hate getting sick on cycle. I didn't take any helladrol or n2slin today. i plan on continuing tomorrow I just didn't wanna throw up after taking it. Ill keep everyone posted
 
Yeah it must of been a 24 hr bug I'm feeling much better today and tomorrow marks the third week! Starting my hcgen, n2guard, and formastanzol tomorrow I took my dose of hella today but I did not take the n2slin, I'm not eating regularly today I'm just starting to get my appetite back today. Tomorrow I plan on being back on track with diet, workouts, and supps
 
Finally back in the gym today had a good work out lots of energy and felt stronger. Worked out back and skipped the biceps as I am trying to heal my elbow.

I was in bed for pretty much 2 days straight and I feel my lower back was in some pain from laying down for so long I am having some pain in my lower back I thought it was my kidney but doesn't feel different if I push my side of my back more ill keep an eye on it.

I started hcgenerate, n2guard, and forma today
 
Applied some forma after the shower and dam that stuff dries quick and has a nice smell to it almost reminded me of hand sanitizer tho lol

yea man some of the transdermal items bother my skin or take forever to dry.forma is very friendly,good stuff
 
Forma is great.. not a huge fan of the smell cos it reminds me of vodka and I hate that stuff but it dries so quick..

I always forget to mention I did my fasted cardio this morning as the others.

I'm starting to get pist especially seeing it written out that I had such a shitty work out this week. I wish my elbow would start to feel better.
 
Yeah with all those deads and everything I wouldn't be surprised your lower back hurts. I used to have chronic lower back pain when I was doing heavy deads every week. I finally cut them out of my routine, even though they were my favorite lift. My back feels way better now. Sorry to hear about the elbow. Hope it gets better soon.
 
Thanks man and deadlifts are my favorite exercise lol I don't think I could go with out them, my elbow is getting better everyday tho I'm making sure I am icing it throughout the day. It only bothers me if I flex, like the tendon were my funny bone is. Witch in result I can hardly work any upper body with out the pain. But hopefully it goes away soon. I have heard hella kicks in around week 3 so I'm excited for the gains lol


Today was an off day, I'm not sick but I'm still congested and my voice is scratchy, packing on the vitamin c packets today and hopefully ill be able to get better by tomorrow.

Any one know of a good joint supp? Or maybe a home remedy type treatment? I'm already taking in 1200mg of fish oil a day should I up it?
 
Went and trained legs by myself today and was there for an hour, I am happy with this workout considering I didn't eat at all before training. I defiantly got a pretty wicked back pump during the workout I see what people are talking about now. Lol

I felt like I could of kept working out strength is starting to come no prs yet I wanna see where my deadlifts at this week tho so maybe there might be one.

Elbow hasn't been hurting today but I didn't do any upper body.

N2slin is defiantly a game changer I feel slimmer but gaining weight constantly I am 187 in the morning and around 190 at night I am happy to see the scale going up and people are starting to notice. I just told them I changed up my diet.

Sickness is about 90 percent gone just have a slight cough so hard to do cardio.
 
I imagine your legs were Uber pumped after that bro ^^^ lol.

If your elbow keeps giving you shit could always try adding some tb500, worked wonders for my shoulder ailments ;)
 
Lol thanks man I defiantly beat my self up on the leg workout I trained shoulders last night and didn't get to update my log I can't remember my exact workout I know it was good tho I was by myself again. I had c4 the pre workout, the pumps in my shoulders were un real crippling is a better word lol I plan on working out back and bi today I'm going to try and get 365 on a deadlift, I haven't gotten that since my injury. My elbow is slowly getting better it didn't bother me to much yesterday during shoulders I will take it slow on curling and triceps for now.

Hella is still at 100 I may bump it week 4-6 to 125 not to much strength gains yet or weight gain but it is only week 3. Only side to report is I have been getting a nose bleed pretty often however they are common for me especially if I take a lot of aspirin or ibuprofen

N2slin is still good almost out of the bottle tho may be buying more :D I'm at 4 caps a day


Scale says 184 in the morning but I feel leaner but fuller
 
Sorry it's been so long since I updated on here I have been pretty busy, yesterday I trained back I deadlifted 315 for a few reps then tried 365 and failed I should of had a longer rest but what's the point of working out if you don't fail occasionally? Makes more hungry to reach my goal. Had a good back session and went light on biceps for my elbow.

Today was suppose to be an off day but I trained chest and tris today with a friend

Bench 135x8 225x8 285x5 315x0 315x1 my friend is newish to working out and kind of pushed the bar towards my feet when spotting but I should of been prepared for it lol

Elbow wasn't bothering me but decided that was enough on my elbow for now the failed 315 killed my ass lol I'm glad I got one tho so its a new pr for that!

Saw some of my family today in a while and they said I was getting bigger than before so I guess it's working lol

Thanks a lot guys 315 over your body is defiantly heavy as shit lmao as for the pictures I will try and take some tomorrow or the day after I kind of been eating a lot so I'm pretty bloated I wanna give you all a fresh pic lol so I'm up 10 pounds so far and I am impressed I'm also on the start of week 4 I wonder why people say hella is for recomp and epi Is for size more people I see on epi are getting strength gains but not to much size and the average hella weight gain is around 10lbs.

Today was an off day and had family down for the past couple days so I have not been eating to good I was thinking I am going to run the rest of the cycle above maintenance calories and put on the most size then cut after cycle naturally just a thought

thanks a lot everyone, i am still going strong have been really busy lately with school, work, and family coming in town. i have a few pictures i suck at posing tho lol I am in week 4 of hella at 100mgs and i plan on bumping to 125mg for weeks 5 and 6. as for my pct i am going to replace the clomid with the mho poppers to really see how they perform. Weight is still at 190 but i am happy with that as most poeple dont start getting weight gains until week four lol im excited to finish up and really see what happens in these short 2 and half weeks. my joints are starting to ache my elbow is better but my knees, wrist, and shoulders all are dry. I think i am going to go for a deload on my first week of pct and stick to cardio only. My recommendation for anyone running hella in the future is have a joint supp on hand.

i have been training everyday i did legs one day and then another day i did shoulders.

today was back and bis i trained by myself and always get a better work out that way.

hammer curl 35x10 40x10 45x10 last set super set with 35 for 8 reps

standing bicep curl pause at the top for 5 seconds 25x10 25x10 25x10

preacher curl machine with free weights on it lol 45x10 45x10 45x10

pull ups till burn out 3 reps lol kicked my ass tho

i have been noticing i am sweating a lot more lately and i never sweat. im waking up sweating and my dry fit shirts even get soaked now lol
 
No from the states in Florida if you notice one arm is tanner than the other and its from driving and having that arm hang out lol

Work on the tan and you will look even leaner still.. it makes a massive difference.. good progress bro

Yes they have its very bi polar too, goes from thunder lightning to sunny and humid in matters of minutes lol witch coast are you on? Sounds like we're pretty close
